PK has been an acceptable past time or should I say playtime fun, like bending spoons, knives and forks much anything else just with the power of your minds.
Your first couple of cd's or mp3's will have you practice focus #10 mind awake/body asleep. Not as easy as it sounds. CD#2 comes with exploring within F-10. All this takes practice! I am not crazy about the course I prefer Hypnotic Lucid Dreaming or astral projection and one Subliminal of either.
Hello Everyone! I know it's been a stretch for me to do new postings. But it comes with the territory of research and it can be a daunting. My wife and I want to do a low cost experiment which could pay back in dividends. We purchased Gerald O'Donnell's Remote Viewing and Remote Influencing. The RI has 31 cd's and the RV has 8. The most important cd to master is the RV#2 everything hinges to it like that of a chief cornerstone.
Some of you may have read or heard about HEMI-Synch that was created by Robert Monroe at the Monroe Institute. I call this place the "Psychic" Institute on Parapsychology! Essentially it does these things or sets up the atmosphere to be able to do such things as OBE's and other dimensional travels.
Over the years I had purchased twice the Gateway Course that the Monroe Institute sells and it is not so cheap...These cd's or Mp3's now, you can listen to the voice of Doctor Monroe leading you into your first Focus 10 meeting place. You imagination is being trained you really can't rest because you are always doing something.
This at the time of this first writing my wife wanted badly to get this course! It's not about just spoon bending, you can train in this and shut lights on and off with the power of your minds. You can go to a casino and know which machines are going to pay out!
I have up to Focus 27 which to this day I had not used. But this will happen soon enough because, my wife wants to try Joe Gallanberger the one who created "Synch-creation" course for home study. Some of you might be thinking what type of course is this? He taught at the facility at Hemi-Synch and the program was MC2.
Joe worked for Monroe Institute for over 20 years as a MC2 instructor! He taught very basic techniques how to influence solid objects by just your mind alone. The parapsychological field calls it, "PK" or psychokinesis. There are other requirements to this approximately 6 each CD's. You train with these along with trying to soften the metal utensils.
"Mind Over Matter"! When I first read about it around 10 years ago it piqued my interest so I emailed Joe and asked him if I could talk to someone who graduated from the MC2 course. He gave me a woman's phone number. I called her in the late afternoon and asked her if she could give me her opinion about the Sync-Creation course.
Below are several testimonies from two women, who attended the workshop one who is, going to the workshop for that whole week and the other was her friend who came one evening to see silverware bend like molten metal.
We are talking about two ladies below, one who was an attending this workshop called SyncCreation and bringing with her Anna as a guest. Keeping in mind Anna was highly skeptical to be able to tap into own deep consciousness and releasing the energies from her heart to whatever object you are trying to manipulate.
She told me some very cool feats she was able to perform...She was invited by a MC2 student who was her friend. The student told, we will call her "Anna", about her ability to not only bend spoons and forks, she told her friend she could light up a light bulb while still in the package.
The people with more training can make it glow very bright. I am also new to this she told her friend and I can make it glow with dim lighting while still in its sealed package that I picked up at the hardware store. I could partially turn on the house lamps from the doorway by my thoughts alone.
Anna knew that her friend attended all week long and she was curious about being able to manipulate objects with her mind alone! For her friend she may have been gifted in these areas already and not known it.
Of course she said, Anna didn't believe her. Her friend went to her closet and pulled out a packaged sealed light bulb, she asked Anna to see if it was real and not some kind of trick and her friend agreed it was real and authentic 40watt light bulb.
The MC2 student touched the package and took a few deep breaths you can see she went into a relax state, I can see peace on her face and a smile. What seemed light seconds have passed I gazed upon the bulb and seen flashes of light.
She then breathed in one more time and gently looked at the bulb and to my astonishment the bulb slowly got brighter and brighter. I took it away from her and it went out very quickly. I told Anna, there is no way you did something like this!
I have not gone to a casino in many years! I want you to be opened up to the possibilities beyond PK, moving objects mentally to seeing into a brief window of a few fractions of second, seeing in time ahead of the machines dropping the numbers.
The PK seemed to activated before you sat down to play the machine, by telling you that machine is going to pay off! Again, it was a gut feeling in a fraction of seconds presented to your conscious minds.
Example: You might want to lucid dream by using a subliminal made for it but when listening to it for 35 hours something else manifests that was greater than what you were training to do! Open accesses gave the conscious mind other ideas we are all unique.
Anna's friend, the student of Joe's training classes said, you can do this too, I know you can. Nobody, whoever took Joes classes were disappointed of their results. Anna's friend told me on the phone that, she taken the class in LasVegas Nevada right inside a Casino rented banquet room.
It is now 18 Jan. 2026! I have not purchased this course and of course it was re-done because of new technologies and better mp3's and better programming using binaural beats etc.
Why I got interested in SyncCreation home study course was I like to go play the solid red and sizzler 7 slot machines. Sometimes I win good and others I breakeven and still others I go home empty handed. Joe told me, give yourself 3 weeks using those exercises and you will be led directly to the sizzler sevens you are look to win on.
Joe told all of us after about 3 weeks of the classes you will be able to with limited success for now. Some people believe they can control slot machines, poker machines, or even hand thrown dice and win large amounts of money. Again the average person who has an imagination of actually doing something like this stands a greater chance of influence.
When I played the Sizzler 7s and the single and double-bar machines, another thought occurred to me. Maybe it isn’t about mentally influencing the machines at all. Instead, it could be an ability to perceive outcomes in a participatory way sensing when to engage rather than trying to force a result.
I've done several different course in the past twenty years so but the most tedious of courses with profound results if you stick with it would be Gerald O'Donnells "Remote Viewing" and "Remote Influencing" it use to come in cassettes than CD's and finally Mp3's and now a online Portal. I still have the cd's pristine.
I sat down and took my breath in and totally relaxed and quickly arrived at Focus 12. Once I felt the energy speed up, I began to push the button and within five or so pushes I got all three sizzler 7's the major jackpot payout. I not only won $1200.00, I won three more times! Adding a little of GateWay Experience course!
Then I quit and took home my graduation money from the class! I told Anna, does it work for a person for the rest of their lives once it is activated? She told me, if you stop your training listening to the 6 mp3's that place a person where they need to be plus "grounding" us at the same time.
It will disappear but not forever, once you get practiced up, sometimes it comes faster because you're in the right frame of mind that is, "Knowing it Works". That was the biggest hurdle to me replied Anna. Her friend knew this! Anna watched people young and old take knives, spoons and fork and twist them and bend them like it was plastic that has been heated to make them soft.
The simple things we experience becomes more complexed when we see beyond simple and start taking on heavier knowledge and it too has its own problems to solve with each small success and in AI technologies. Like planting a seed (a single thought) that if done correctly, will yield many more successes greater then PK or Mind over Matter.
Anna told me our belief systems are set in biological stone so to speak and when supernatural things happen to us, we are shock and in denial...because it doesn't fit our modeled conscious world in which we were taught to believe in or to live in to die in and to play in. Years back there was no other way to express the subconscious mind to leap ahead!
Everyone in the class of 14 people all agreed as did Joe Gallenberger the trainer. Joe no longer teaches at the Monroe Institute he decided after 20 years to discover PK "mind over matter" and how he could increase this power ten fold. Every year Joe conducts a 14 people class.
The graduation classes of Joe's PK workshop each one will pick a machine for slots and or poker and a dice table. No one will go home empty handed. When you are able to bend a strong fork, knife or spoon with little to no effort whatsoever; then you are ready to mentally control a number generator and win.
So what are these CD's and why do we need them to do PK on objects? These cd's have Gateway's home study course but some of these are not in the course! Technologies came a long way yet the cd's take you into Theta/Delta the key to success is the frequency patterns they use.
When it's time for graduation, they all go down stairs and pick their games they are comfortable with and winning they do. Each person who won big came back to Joe and told him and Joe said, congratulations you graduated! Just by going to the Casino using what limited knowledge she had from the week long course. There are other things you can do besides going to the Casino's!
Many had different experiences on how they won. Then Joe told me, a lot of his students would write in telling them of money came to them unexpectedly and some have received new homes bought and paid for. There were some that said, it worked for me at workshop but I can't get it to work here at home. Because with the group of like minds helped it along. One is weak but two or more become stronger.
Others, received new cars bought and paid for by some kind of sweepstake they entered months ago and still others having contact outside this time and dimension with higher entities. The list goes on and on! Joe has been training people for nearly twenty years.
The course isn't by far magical by no stretch of the imagination, it is structure to be built upon by you the listener/practitioner. The time you put into it will decide how much power "it" will give to you. Everyone is different and unique. This below is bedrock training!
Anna told me that when she comes home at night, after locking her door she would wave her hand and her blinds would drop and her lights come on without turning on any power! When I talked with her during that time, they didn't have smart devices for homes.
That was the last time I talked with her...Yet I was still mentally reserved about what they have accomplished both during and after the formal training. Joe told me, it's already been proven that our minds can influence "random" number generators.
Slots are a random generator as is poker games on the machine. It's a little better and they have much more tools to make you successful. No other courses are around to give one a full education and hands on experiments.
We have the gateway course, cost over $300.00 and I had to eventually get away from the cassettes to Mp3's and CD's. Those 6 cd's will program your behavioral patterns from your current thoughts and fears of the unknown. How long is anyone's guess but the magical number would be 30-45 hours of training manifestations will rise along with Sychronocities.
I know HemiSynchs work and they are based upon hemispherical synchronization using binaural beats for starters. Each mp3 builds upon the other and each one is narrated on how you get there, you will do exercises while in these focus levels. Focus 10 is "Mind Awake Body Asleep"! This would be our starting points.
Just to let you all know that the companies cd's or mp3's are not specially built around OBE's even tho you might have the title "Astral Projection", It is built model for trans-communication through and in other dimensions. Astral is a small part of it.
The TMI's students would go to a place called the "Park" which lays outside of time and space. Robert Monroe when alive, use to go there all the time, to rest and learn. Even if you buy one of Monroes books it will be worth your time to learn what all this can do for you.
The Gateway home study course helps build a solid foundation with your energy bodies and once you place your hard work into this you should be able to apply this hard work to just about anything! Will it work for the lottery, the possibilities are endless.
Personally I have not gone through the whole gateway course because it was OBE's I was looking for. Now that my wife is interested in PK using different cd's than the one's that come with the gateway, I thought I should practice with the Focus 10 and focus 10 exploration! In the more advanced cd's, you will here Monroe tell you travel to focus 12 and when you get there I will be there to meet with you!!
PK the power some people have witnessed in their lifetimes can be a refined "CHI" energies. Chi energies manipulate time and space and physical and spiritual laws governing it. PK to bend metals is only the first step not the only step to reach higher in the pinnacle of miracles in your day to day life.
The above will be up to you to do what you were taught to get to Focus 12 in the earlier cd's. Once you really get good at this, you just can say, "Take me to Focus 21" for example and you by pass all the smaller steps during the beginning of your training.
Below, it's going to cost you money and nothing these days is cheap! But the payoff will be great at the end of this journey. F-3 to F27 (focus) levels. When I was doing the course I spent a month practicing to perfect Advance Focus 10! This is just the start up higher focus levels left to achieve.
The Gateway home study course is about the same price as Sync-Creation home study course. The only advantage over someone else would be, I had a small amount of training with Gateway and I know the theory about it. There are a lot of practicing mental exercises throughout the course, you actually participate in.
Monroe sells lot's of mp3 or cd's if you like for many different things. You can also attend their weekly retreat to the Monroe Institute to be taught of the greater focus levels available to us if we choose to spend that kind of monies. There use to be a group of people would come out of their bodies and they went to "Plane Crashes" and other issues. What they think they are doing is guiding the lost souls from the crash into the light.
What I am focused on at this moment is, the "PK" course by Joseph Gallenberger. It is becoming increasingly known that "CHI" that the masters are capable of doing, works hand in hand with PK or any other modalities in the energetic world, it's invisible and in the physical realm as well. Develop your PK abilities and you will have access to other higher goals.
I seen a master crumple a piece of paper he picked up in the middle of street and went onto the sidewalk with a reporter, he crumpled the paper and dropped it down on the sidewalk. He placed his hand over top of the paper about 2-3 feet high raising hand and held it there. With in seconds the bag began to smoke and following that smoke, was a blaze of fire.
If that was all that happened to me lighting up a fire at a distance than I really accomplished something. I would think I was invincible to myself only. No person has the right to be an overseer of one another. This program allows you to teach or help others.

It's been awhile since I was doing this. Right now I just bought a 5 cd disc changer and I listening to the Lucid Dreaming from SpeedZen and Remote Viewing 2 from Gerald O'Donnell RV and RI courses on CD's. To get me back to using the last neural pathway that was open by Speedzen Lucid Dreaming.
Home Study Courses are truly a dime a dozen because it is the easiest to sell or buy online.
Certainly quite a bit for the monies you have to invest in your training and certainly in your own selves.
