Update: My dreams are not so remarkable as of 03/11/2020. All these bumps throughout the night are weird by themselves. It's only been seven days in a row, Mr. Taylor said, "That 30 days is the Key"! I am playing "Dream Petitioning". In the following morning, I had this dream about UFO's it was life like!
It's been eight days since starting a fresh the "Inner-Talk" on "Advanced Dreaming". I managed to listen two additional hours making it 26 hours listening time.
What I have experienced in my waking moments in the living room was, when on the computer and out of the corner of my vision something flashed by, prompting for me to take a quick look, alas nothing there.
In the first couple days those images of someone walking by out of the corners of my eye, were faint at best. Yet, as the days have progress in my exposure to back masking, those same images became more vivid or real, enough so, I had to respond to it.

Still, as soon as I looked it was gone! In the first two days of listening, I was settling down to go to sleep when, I heard this metal to metal sound, it was intended enough to make me nervous.
I asked my wife if she heard that metallic and she said, "No I have not"! All of this may or may not be of any great significance. But something is changing everyday.

When dealing with "Awaken Dreaming" from Inner-Talk, the thing that confuses people is, we are trying to re-script our "Belief" system for stronger dreaming abilities using (back masking) not the traditional subliminal. We are dealing with pure "psychological" re-programming of the subconscious behavior here.
One thing we have to keep in one's mind, that we can't go around everyday and all day long in the "Theta" mind state. You must seek out to be grounded both electrical wise and spiritual wise! It's simple to do, you can go outside in park or in your lawn being barefoot! All the excess static charges will be grounded out upon discharge.

It seems that, working only with the right side of the brain it would put us into fantasy land during our waking ours. Or if we just have predominate logic, we could not see how our research would work in the future because only your imagination is able to build a world in a future time using the inventions of man! This is all provided that we have already trained both halves of the brain.

My question would be, how in the world does one person scan the entire web for the best subliminal or the best back masking? The fast and dirty answer is, it would be impossible to do so. We are talking a universe of the web itself. It would be like trying to pick a single star in the universe and the next evening to be able to pick out that same star!
This article is somewhat hard to write because there are so many self-help and subliminal mp3's, it just makes it harder for the person, who is seeking such help to change their lives for the better. I am sure there are newly designed programs out there in the millions of sites that pop up as far as search results can go. I went to such a site at Speed-zen. I have the Speed-zen Lucid Dreaming and honestly it lost its punch over the months I have used it.
The Inner-Talk, seems like it takes forever to see results. Once I kept a diary log on my training days, I see it is not as long as any other 43-60 minute programs I own. In this dream I looked down the dusty road with it's pot holes and loose gravel stone. I went to the other road, which was pavement clear from any debris. A young person come up to me and told me, the road you need to travel is the tar road! I was also at the same time looking up at a street sign post pointing two directions. In real life a lot of us come to crossroads every so often and the change can be surreal.
Nothing exciting about the current dreams but I am beginning to see and feel some of the realness and for the most part, is too early to tell if the mp3 is causing this or placebo is activated. All I can say, I could have become conscious in the recent dreams I've been having, it was giving me all kinds of cues to wake up and participate.

Make sure you have plenty of Tylenol cold medicine as well to help keep the fever down. If need be try to order online while you can, Ice bags that can be froze over and over again.
