PART I:
The MWO (Muti-Wave-Oscillator) was designed by Lakhovsky but he couldn't get it to run the way he envisioned it. He called Tesla and he came over and Tesla only took seconds and told Lakhovsky you need to install what is now recognized a Tesla coil to reach and generate giga bytes of frequencies both lower lows and higher highs.
I was rummaging through my older files and found this instrument to be superbly built by a man named "Eric Dollard" and he has two other associates, who work in building/reverse engineered this Lavorsky
Coils, they found one in the UK at a retired doctors basement! Believe me these are not cheap! You definitely get what you pay for with these experts.
Eric Dollard taught about these coils, what was once an active site called "BoarderLand Sciences!" There was a lot of activity going on in the early 70's and 80's both with Eric and Robert Beck.
The late Dr. Robert Beck had to back down with his claims because of AMA/FDA. They gave him a friendly warning, even though Dr.'s who gave up their patience as dead to cancer, nothing more could be done for them. Robert would ask permission to run the MWO on each of them! He had a cure rate of 90% remission stat at the end of 30 days and some less than, that!
Dr. Beck, he too, discovered a more economical way to build a MWO- Zephyr-Technologies, but into a suite case hard bound the MWO internal power! It worked to an extent but nothing like the ancient MWO's built by Lakhovsky himself. These artifacts are extremely hard to find.
The Late Dr. Robert Beck was threaten, if he tried to sell this cancer curing device and he had to stop teaching others using the original with copper rings and he back down and promoted these briefcase models. He knew they were questionable, with the printed simulated coils. But Eric Dollard said the printed antennas do work!

The Multi-Wave-Oscillator’s (MWO), original design came from George Lakhovsky. Tesla has in turn elaborated on this design and has done many experiments on plants, animals and people with stunning results. This machine was actually used in hospitals until 1942.
Think of the MWO as a "Tuner" device on a radio but instead of single station tunings it sends out millions of stations all at once to and through the body and right to the Receiver coil.
MWO (multi-wave-oscillator) uses a wide bandwidth of radio frequency that increases dramatically, the cell vibration through the process of resonance. (tuning forks)! Resonate Tuning of all your cells, charges and thus allows these newly charged cells to vanquish debris.
When cells are irradiated with a correct polarized electromagnetic field (which has a broad range of frequencies), the DNA of the person's will be in a "receiving" mode, using its natural antennas.
Each cell will pick up on a frequency, along with the scalar field as a possible carrier tool. This machine is pushing out and the individual cells collect the energy out of that field and therefore it would be more resistant to vibrational attack from virus and bacteria.
It, (our bodies) only takes what "it" needs and allow the others just to go to the receiver antenna. This is not an overnight process like Rife Machines.
It makes me wonder when these old generational men, who invented things like MWO and Tesla Coils, how they knew the mechanics of the cells without all this high tech we have today and some never being a doctor of medicine! Look at the Rife Microscope, no one, absolutely no one, can reproduce such a feat in today's realm of science! If they had, it would be classified and locked up in some dark whole in a warehouse buried beneath 10 tons of concrete no doubt!
Science has since shown that, each cell has an internal electric field, not just a potential across the cell membrane. This field is extra ordinarly powerful:
“Using newly developed voltage-sensitive nanoparticles, researchers have found that the previously unknown electric fields inside of cells are as strong or stronger than previously anticipated".
As those which are produced in lightning bolts”. University of Michigan researchers led by chemistry professor Raoul Kopelman presented his results at the annual meeting of the American Society for Cell Biology in 2016.
The MWO uses a Tesla Coil and several copper antenna's with concentric rings. The MWO stands and the chair used for the participant of the MWO, cannot contain any metal, therefore PVC or other plastics is used is place between the two devices. Sessions are 15-60 min long and it could be used 1-4 times per week.
It is understood that a healthy immune systems heals the body on its own. Only if, the cells are 80-100 mV's. I know of no other devices that can charge these cells and I mean all of them at once! But we still need our vitamin sources and protein and electrolytes and since I have R.O drinking water, I had to purchase a powder that contains sodium and other minerals that will charge my cells!
Infections:
The increase in cell voltage allows the cell to resist the infection by using the body’s own ability to fight the infection (but not destroy the infectious agent).
He was a mechanical engineer, this Lakhovsky. Not sure if he study medicine but I and many others would be quick to agree that his newly discovered static coils became in the early 40's life savers to many who had stage 4 cancer! Yet, we know it can accomplish a whole lot more!
We carry many “dormant” infections like Herpes in our bodies, but as long as the body is strong, the infection cannot manifest. By adding the Rife treatment to the MWO, a synergetic effect takes place. The beauty of it is, no matter what type of people, who use this device, they get responsive results!
He viewed disease or illness as a battle of vibrations between the cells of the body versus viruses and bacteria. If the pathogenic organisms won this vibrational contest, the cells would become energetically weakened and more susceptible to disease.
According to Lakhovsky, the way to counter this vibrational attack was to introduce a broad spectrum of RF (radio frequency) harmonic energies into the system.
When the coils are ignited you get frequencies from unknown regions that are yet to be identified. VRIL told me these coils don't produce "Scalar Waves"!
Later, Eric Dollard found these unknown regions plus 30 years ago. He discovered like so many before him, that we were dealing with, was the scalar field and retired Air Force full bird colonel Bearden verified this Scalar Field, during the first Gulf War.
They, the USAF military, had to call him in as a private contractor to find out why all their high tech equipment was going haywire! Ghost targets appeared and then disappeared!
Tom Bearden along with Eric Dollard are two of the most geniuses in the 21st century to bring back from the dead, the realities of Scalar Waves. Knowing and applying the math needed were able to create exotic devices that produce free energy and many were patented by Bearden!
Radio's going on and off! The military top secret electronic equipment opened somehow, a forced scalar field from the aether! Simply stated there was a vortex in their midst with all those high tech instrumentations! All these high tech instruments worked together as a single unit when they were close to each other at the command post!
And then, through the principle of sympathetic resonance, each cell would pick out exactly the proper frequency needed to reinforce its own internal vibration and the healthy cell would be more resistant to vibrational attack from virus and bacteria.
His (Lakhovsky's) method of achieving this was by means of his invention that is known today as the MWO (Multi-Wave-Oscillator). He used copper rings to represent the planetary movements in our solar system. I am not so sure, the "why" of this particular metal!
The portable MWO is what they called it, was fitted in a plastic pelican type case that could be closed and or carried. It had two of these printed rings. The first on was connected to the brief case and the other on a stand on the opposite side.
MWO "Enhances" the body’s own ability to destroy the infecting agent, while the Rife machine, through using specific frequencies for the offending pathogen "destroys" it. This is unique, because each ring has its own musical notes or tuning fork vibrations.
The MWO runs off the 12 volt car battery! So you don't have to worry if your electric bill will increase! I watch and studied Eric Dollard for 25 years, he has an Engineering degree, he is very intelligent! Their costs reflect this in all his work!
This device is known as the "Electronic Fountain of Youth!" But my question is, why did so many users since Lakhovsky's time end of dying one way or another? I've read some avid "users" passed on like everyone of us!
Autoimmune disease.
By raising the oscillating frequency of every atom in your body, we are increasing the rate, at which the immune system operates as well as eliminating the negative toxins your body is trying to fight off. Autoimmune disease is a leading cause of disability and premature death.
Anti-Aging:
The MWO reverts the cells to a younger, more vibrant state. Considering, with a young healthy person's "Mitochondria" will measure 80-90 Mv's this might take several months. The MWO creates pure EMF and Scalar Waves that go right through the human body to its "Receiver" Coil on the opposite side.
Pain
Increase the supply of blood to the area with a warming effect and helps eliminate toxins. This one is a no brainer! The this can go up to several gigahertz! It is actually, in its own way, is producing the planetary music with all the rings in harmony with each other.
Healing:
Promotes healing by enhancing the oxygenation and nutritive value of the blood, increase various secretions, and accelerate the elimination of waste products in the blood. The body will use what it is craving for and discard the rest back to the Receiver.
Cancer
There are many who believe that the only real defense against cancer is the immune system. Mr. Lakhovsky viewed the progression of disease as essentially a battle between the resonant oscillations of host cells versus the oscillations emanating from pathogenic organisms/cancerous cells.
This company above is in Wisconsin and he was the second company USA wide who actually sold these on the open markets. At least he is using the copper rings! They seem to be very effective.
These are only a few conditions where MWO could be helpful but any illness (infectious or not) could benefit from using the MWO. The reason we say this is, because all the spectrums of radio waves are used and going through your bodies and into the receiving coil!
The body will pick and choose what it wants to charge its cells! The body will shut them out if they don't need it. But don't think every MWO (Multi-Wave-Oscillator), works like Lavorsky's. In fact, in this case doesn't.
Only those, who did their research and Eric Dollard was active in creating these device at Boarder-Land Sciences for the past thirty years! Nothing went by this individual that he didn't figure out already with his advanced mathematical formulas!
He, Eric realized the flaw in this device and one can't afford it not working the way it was suppose too! The only problem of all those years, there is no one I could find who were treated by such a device!
This guy and all the others were not doctor but esoteric engineers, they used their engineering skills to create a fabric from another dimension, by the use of these high powered devices.
George (Georges) Lakhovsky was a scientist in the early 1900’s, who discovered a connection between poor health and low soil conductivity.
It's true in fact in todays world! We separate from Mother Earths "Schulman's Frequency running at 7.8 Hz. Wearing rubber shoes and we don't get grounded!
There is a voltage between the ionosphere and the Earth of a few hundred thousand volts. They do vibrate like tuning forks! The antenna systems on Eric's MWO are best built using copper. It to mimics the ionosphere.
Each ring was based on our solar system positioned, where all our planets exist right up to the sun, a "on purpose" design from Lavorsky. It also has a "X" string shape across the circular piping, this helps the circular tubing to be evenly spaced!
That can be a few hundred volts per meter up to 10,000 volts per meter in a thunderstorm for example. In order for the positive electrostatic potential of the ionosphere to properly ground to the Earth, the ground has to be conductive enough.
The earth of all known planets is a miracle nonetheless, when comparing it to all the planets in our solar system and beyond. You'd think by now, someone would have found a life sustaining planet! The astronomy sciences are still looking and still hypothesizing of other life on planets.
PART: III
Lakhovsky discovered by placing a copper ring around the plants, it allowed the plants to pick this single frequency the coil that was built for a particular frequency. The size of the coils varied as with the frequencies they emitted. It was enough that the plants who had such coils grew bigger, healthier and taller, then the plants beside them that were weak and dying from the tumors that were placed inside them.
All living things grow and thrive inside of this electrical field but in the modern age of rubber sole shoes, the concrete jungle, chronic inside living, etc. we are not properly grounded and are not thriving as we should. No Schulman Frequencies going into the body!
In the summer, walk in your lawn but watch the "Debits"! Do all this in your bare feet! You will be properly grounded to Mother Earth receiving her healing 7.8 Schulman Frequencies. I would say no less than 30' minutes per day!
He cut some copper rings and figured out that certain diameters created new growth to plants and placed them around the plant’s base and in a few months, the tumor's fell off and the plants normalized.
There are a lot of frequencies that are naturally occurring around us all the time. But we are being bombarded daily with 5G and a host of other onslaughts of mankind technologies. HAARP being in Alaska and lord knows what else!
There were many things, I wanted all my life and couldn't get then, there were others still I was able to procure either through horse trading or paying the high prices! This is one of those machines I really wanted to get, they were very expensive.
Whatever frequency has a wavelength that is the same as the copper ring’s length or a fraction of the wave length. The plant experiments with the tumors by placing a certain size centimeter coil allowed the plants to dry up those tumors and grow in great health.
The rings will resonate/vibrate at that frequency the designer wanted it to produce and the plant will benefit from this. Later on, he advanced on this concept to create a machine that is beyond profound, in terms of the implications of what it can deliver. He also, sold those single copper rings pre-shaped to place on wrists, ankles, neck. waist etc.
If we are able to have a machine that can give a high voltage electrostatic output (D/C) and have this travel through a subject to ground, then we can replicate not only a healthy ionosphere to ground electrical environment, we can take it many levels above for more than optimum results.
WHAT IS THE LAKHOVSKY MWO?
These impulses were sent to the concentric ring antennas, which are not electrically connected to each other. They are only capacitively coupled and they are not shorted rings, they have gaps.
Remember the concept of the ring around the plant, each length of copper has it’s own resonant frequency based on wavelengths or fractional wavelengths. Which the "Why's" the wrings of copper are made of different radius sizes.
In order to make one yourselves, you have to think like Lakhovsky he was the one who mathematically figured this out side by side with Tesla and I am not sure if there is a book on what he did for each different ring for different parts of the body.
It's been manually measured that the copper rings can go as far as in the Giga-Hertz range! The life force energy this machine produces is artificial but it seems the body is OK with it. These rings also produce scalar waves.
Two pictures up you can see the copper coils have a string in an "X" shape, you can see an old picture of really skinny rings and notice the strip string, going across the center to hold the rings in place rather than the strings – an early model to prove the concept.
As the high frequency, high voltage impulses are sent to the rings, there is a wide range of frequencies that are broadcast in addition to the primary frequency that the unit is tuned for, which is between 700Khz and 1Mhz – mostly in the AM radio band.
Anything in between the antennas is receiving direct static force energy, which is polarized and oscillated back and forth between the antennas, extra-luminally.
Suffice to say, it is invigorating and restorative at levels that are rarely seen with any other method. That is why the Lakhovsky MWO, built right, is one of the most coveted machines in the world and has been for nearly a century.
Patents are general information it doesn't reveal the inner-workings of such a device! The reversed engineering and having engineering experience will figure this out. Eric Dollard is that man when it comes to the MWO.
LAKHOVSKY PATENTS THE MWO
Plus, patents only cover the claims and rarely ever show the “secret sauce” recipe as to how the machine is really put together or what the actual secret electrical circuit is.
Every great inventor keeps a bit of the know-how to themselves for proprietary reasons. Many people over the years have attempted to recreate the Lakhovsky MWO, but they all failed in nailing it because most are trying to replicate his patent diagram or a variation thereof.
This is not to say there is no benefit to these false “MWOs” because it is possible that, there could be to a small degree. However, it wasn’t until about 2008-2009 timeframe that Lakhovsky’s crowning achievement was discovered. We’ll get to that shortly.
PART: IV
The Late Dr. Bob Beck describes what this disk below can do, replacing the copper tubings. It was recorded that Beck had to stand down because he pushed the use in CA hospitals to experiment with the MWO and cancers were being healed when they were declared they were going to die!
LAKHOVSKY MWO RESURRECTED
Bob Beck, a prolific researcher in the alternative energy and healing sciences, is someone who got the conversation going about Lakhovsky’s MWO, when hardly anyone even knew about it.
One thing led to another and even George Van Tassel, who created the Integratron based his strange and very famous building and it’s electrical operation on Lakhovsky’s MWO research.
Bob Beck new some, who were involved with Borderland Sciences Research Foundation and others, who sold articles, books and devices based on the best information available at the time. The late Robert Beck designed a portable MWO it didn't have the copper piping just concentric rings of cut aluminum!
Eric Dollard (another long time friend and partner) was also a member of Borderland and he was also the last engineer tasked with carrying out George Van Tassel’s plans with the Integratron. Today he works at Vril company with a few others perfecting the MWO: $8,000.00!
Models of the Original MWO's were crated up in basements of hospitals in Europe. Our Engineers were able to reverse engineer copying the hard schematic layout! Most of what we now know, came from Croatia.
Around 2008 in Europe, a few engineers were connected to someone that had some original Lakhovsky MWO machines crated up. These were the crowning achievement (aka – the REAL MWOs) of Lakhovsky that achieved the legendary results and the secret was about to be known.
It, the original MWO was reverse engineered and the first person to build these units and make them available to the public was from Croatia (a friend of dollard, who helped VRIL with some projects in the past) – someone that was a master engineer and craftsman.
They’re built correct, but are very large and bulky because they they are built in the spirit of the early 1900’s MWOs and are very expensive. A friend in Seattle bought one and by the time he received it from overseas, the cost was around $25,000.00 USD.
My friend said it was closer to $18,000.00 USD. If you want something that looks more like the original unit, that is the one to have. I personally don't have that much in my personal wealth piggy bank! Even eight thousand dollars is stretching it a bit, even for me.
I am not that quite dedicate, that would be, living like a rich man on a beer bottle budget! Yet another company sells the MWO, the company is called, "Vril", the company sells their product for $8000.00.
There are only 3 companies who build the MWO according to Lakhovsky's patent. VRIL, Spiral Tech, the below picture is from Wisconsin and of course Croatia. There are companies in the here and now! They are not what Lakhovsky originally built.
However, our friend brought it to our shop to get diagnosed since it stopped working and to our surprise, the output strength was nowhere near the output of our VRIL-MWO. Keep in mind that this Croatian MWO is the FIRST ever commercially available MWO that is built not just to spec but with the correct circuitry.
Shortly thereafter, someone in the Northern mid-west (Wisconsin), started to manufacture these systems based on the same information. The builder makes possibly one machine per month and they’re nearly $5000.00 USD. But they’re in a wooden box and it’s all a bit flimsy.
The coils and antennas are on a stand in a way that they’re very top heavy and are about to fall over. The high frequency line filter inside of the pulse modulator was hooked up incorrectly and every time it was turned on, the wireless phones, routers and other electronics in the house went haywire.
Building an MWO in either a Wooden or Plastic container is a very bad idea! One reason they probably do it this way is, the parts are a lot cheaper and they can sell it cheap! No power in the center core where it originates hanging down from Tesla Coil.
We know this to be true because it was Peter Lindemann, who has had this machine for several years and these problems were persistent until he rewired the MWO himself.
In order to correct the problem by putting the line filter where it was supposed to go. The picture of the wooden cabinet at Spiral Tech, has this very issue, it doesn't have a "Line Filter" installed!
Even with the line filter, this kind of machine has no business being in a wooden box, if it is for sale to the public. If you’re making one yourself for personal use and you have it out in a barn away from anything electronic, that’s one thing. But selling these to others to put in their homes or businesses is nonsensical.
Keep in mind that the wooden box MWO in the above pictures is the SECOND ever commercially available (Spiral Tech). However, because the line filter was not wired up properly, it can’t be taken seriously as a legitimately built, proper MWO.
We are knit picking here because, we know by reversed engineering the original machine, a lot of these wiring were not mentioned in the overall patent. Both us and Croatia got it right!
PART: V
The Multi-Wave-Oscillator market is what we call a "Thin" market! It has very little buyers! Probably, the first and foremost it is very expensive! Engineers are not cheap these days. With something like this product, you want to use an all "plastic" outside lawn chair!

At some point, a Russian company started to make a MWO and I found out about it and researched it a bit and it appears to use the correct circuit but is also very expensive like the Croatian unit.
This market of selling this MWO, is really "Thin", which makes it super pricey. MWO's transmits giga, giga hertz of radio waves that will go through you, reaching the Receiver.
I found out about this because the company owner kept spamming VRIL's YouTube channel’s MWO videos with advertisements for his website. Eric Dollard, whom I wrote about here, heads up the department. He is their number #1 Engineer.
He, Eric Dollard is a wonderful engineer. MWO's are expensive because only 3 companies build the exact machine Lakhovsky designed and built. All you have to do is sit on a plastic chair and let body/organs collect what it wants. (radio frequencies).
As the transmitter releases these radio waves, penetrating through and out the body to the coil receiver, it will energize each and every cell and when those cells duplicate they will be the healthy cells not the ones you have now.
For real, if I could afford this VRIL unit I would not hesitate! It will last a lifetime or possibly two! These machines were design to allow a persons bodies to pick and choose which frequencies were needed and those that not are discarded. Charging the Mitochondria outside the cells perimeter!
As tacky and desperate as that is, it appears to be a correctly built unit. Keep in mind that this is possibly the 3rd or 4th ever, commercially available legitimate MWO. We’re not sure if they started building theirs before or after ours.
The reason I made a point to list the four including the legitimate units is because these all were only made possible because of the reverse-engineering report that was produced AFTER the REAL Lakhovsky MWO units were found.
To clarify, I don’t believe the wooden box one should be included in what is considered to be an improper built, but wanted to acknowledge that the basic
Lakhovsky circuit is at least built correctly by Vril. Of course they charge $8000.00. Just one of the stands it rests on is around 32 pounds! Keeps it from falling over!
Tell us something we don't know is this technological age! How would the customer really know for sure? Research! Read about Borderland Sciences and what they discovered and continued to discover when it came to MWO and Scalar!
Also, what this means is, that all the claimed “MWOs” made in New Zealand, Australia, the Netherlands (you’ve probably come across them) and elsewhere, are phony misrepresentations, based on nothing more than speculation and hype.
100% of all of them fail to ground one of the phases on the HV output just like Lakhovsky did – not only that, they didn’t even know about it and the one in the Netherlands has the audacity to claim they made an improvement on the MWO.
Even after the real information came out, these companies continue to knowingly mislead the public into believing they are building a Lakhovsky MWO, when they are in fact not! This sounds normal to me, because everyone is out to make a quick dollar these days.

Yes, the man in a blue shirt had his built in a box because he was tinkering around with it. People in his hometown were using it for one hour three time a week! They give it 10 stars! What could this mean? The small man on the left is Eric Dollard our Engineering professional.
So others could try it and Paul committed to making his own, so he could experience and study it long term. They are not making any medical claims but the peoples testimonies give it a ten star rating! Their biggest gain starting out is huge increase of energies!
Paul used it for one to one and a half years and gathered a massive amount of data on it, how it performed and what it did for him and others, which he spelled out over the course of three different presentations called The Universal Medium, The Living Earth and Beneficial Field Technologies.
PART: VI
I keep seeing here that what people were experiencing! But they don't tell you anything more than this! It did cure cancer in 1930's I believe, Lakhovsky had them in hospitals, these patients were given up to die! So Lakhovsky experimented and ran the machines on these dying people and they were cured! It's a historical fact!
Paul’s home-brew MWO built to the real Lakhovsky specs is in the picture to the left. Eric Dollard and Paul Babcock are talking shop. Why are there just a few of these builders? They took the time and there monies to reverse engineer of a few that were found by accident in basements and attics. Answer: Extreme Curiosity!
We were so astonished at to, how well it worked and what it did for Paul, his friends and family, that we committed to making it as easy as possible for people to put these machines in their hands. My interpretation is a bit clearer, because you are paying $8000.00 for it!
The MWO radiates a plethora of different frequencies so that each cell in the body can find its own natural frequency (of health) and resonate to it. It tunes the cells while at the same time purging toxins.
What we gathered was any person in that 90 percentile range using this odd device have been relinquished of their individual issues and those issues never return.
Patients have been treated for conditions as varied as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, stomach ulcer, thyroid goiter, enlarged prostate and cancer.
Research showed that all patients treated that exhibited improvement (greater than 90%) have remained well and no recurrence of the original affliction has been reported.
Lakhovsky meticulously kept his journal of the healings these devices were doing in the NYC hospitals. That sounds quite remarkable! Why didn't this reach the history books? He was conveniently ran over in NY city sidewalk!
The MWO has never been reversed engineered in history at any significant level and that is how they got started, the first among many steps is to locate the "originals". Paul personally built the real specs on Lakhovsky’s MWO, were the inspiration for a project that continues to this day.
VRIL started out like any expected company that starts with little monies, Eric Dollard had to sell his original machine they retrieved from the UK so they could have enough money to start building their own devices.
MWO Test
Once we had a chance to orient ourselves to all of the information, Eric Dollard the modern day Tesla, engineered the production model prototype that all our production models are based on.
Most of the machining and fabrication was done by Jeff Moe, up until were finally developed relationships with local shops around Spokane, Washington, who now currently fabricate most of the parts for us.
You can see some of the early prototype development in the video at the top of this page on VRIL's site, where Eric is assembling the Pulse Modulator in fast forward speed. That was a video that was released when extra funds were needed for development and at start up, the company had no choice but to sell the original unit. We offer the video for posterity sake.
PART: VII
To purchase such a machine as the one below, you really need to research and study Lakhovsky's machines. Tesla had visited him because Lakhovsky couldn't get enough power to do anything. Tesla suggested putting his coil to connect with the first wring of copper. That was the missing part of Lakhovsky's puzzle.
BRINGING THE MWO INTO THE 21ST CENTURY
If you want a unit that is designed in the spirit of a military-style, pulse modulator by Eric Dollard, the world’s leading authority on Tesla technology, I would highly agree.
I watch this guy Eric Dollard and the late Robert Beck working together at Borderland Sciences building a portable MWO in a suite case! He explained a lot of the mathematics involved using the Maxwell's theory! Breaking down this magically healing wrings.

PULSE MODULATOR
Pulse Modulator designed by Eric Dollard
The Pulse Modulator is at the heart of the Lakhovsky Multiwave Oscillator (MWO). Wall power goes through some filters into a variable AC transformer. Good news though, this whole system can be ran on a standard car battery (12 Volt).
What I like about power, it uses a car battery 12 volts. No high electric bill because it's plugged into the wall socket. Folks we got clean energy emitting from these copper coils, and millions of frequencies!
This can be hooked up to a D/C car battery a 12 volt! This way you don't have to pay your electric bill like that of the price of your new car! This is the way to go actually to have a clean source of DC power running through these copper tubings.
One should really reflect what this machine done in it's past in the NYC hospitals! Because according to Tesla/Lakhovsky it has healed not just cancers and tumors but a whole host of issues!
This feeds (regulated voltage) into a high voltage transformer, which has an output going through some filter chokes that prevent RF noise from feeding backwards into the transformer, to prevent it from burning out.
The chokes feed a spark gap and capacitor array, which then delivers this output to the the high voltage, step up resonator coils. I personally never seen anything like this! Keep in mind ladies and gentleman, this if operated outside the scope of the instruction, can "kill" you!
You see, they left nothing to chance, this unit if rewired or what I call, "Monkeying around with it", can get you electrocuted! In other words, "You Die"! Eric weighted the antennas down so they would not fall over because these antennas are top heavy!
Eric Dollard designed the layout of the inside of the pulse modulator. Because of Eric’s extensive mastery of high voltage and high frequency devices, their pulse modulator is unique in that the low voltage and high voltage section inside are separated and shielded from each other.
It is known by advanced engineers that, this is standard practice, but there are no other MWOs that are made with this feature – it is unique to this small company MWO system. You are getting a Big Bang for your bucks.
The reason this is an important feature is that, any of the high voltage high frequency section components, spark gap emissions, etc. can easily induce noise into the low voltage components. Every low voltage component wire is an antenna, that can pick up the high frequency emissions.
If you know anything about Tesla's Coil, then you will understand what and why this is important to make sure you got it right the first time. Of course, the builders can tell you what tool you would need for such an adjustment!
Preventing or reducing this to a bare minimum, extends low voltage component life, reduces noise that can feed back into the wall outlet and overall shielding with the case in general greatly reduces much of the RF noise emissions.
The spark gap is also adjustable, which varies the spark gap frequency and current impulse power. It is much like the Tesla Coil itself except we are using copper wring antennas.

The Pulse Modulator is not limited to its use for the Lakhovsky Multi-Wave Oscillator (MWO).
As you can see in the video at the top of this page comparing the balanced Tesla method and the unbalanced Lakhovsky method.
This below is talking over my head at the moment! The "Pulse Modulator", is used for demonstrations like the picture above! Don't bother looking up this, "The balanced coil Oscillation Transformer"! This one isn't in the dictionary! Basically conducting Tesla Experiments with the MWO!
They both use the same pulse modulator. They will be offering the balanced coil arrangement at a later time, so that you can conduct Tesla experiments with the same pulse modulator.
This is for high voltage output demonstrations, replicating Eric Dollard’s Cosmic Induction Generator technology and other related systems. Here is one for the dictionaries. The only way to find this out is emailing VRIL.
OSCILLATION TRANSFORMER AVAILABLE AS AN ADD-ON FOR BALANCED MODE
They are now producing the balanced coil Oscillation Transformer as an add-on to the normal MWO system. It is available for an extra fee and is only available to those who purchased or are purchasing a new MWO system.

I personally don't know exactly what this backup is I could not find at the moment. But it seems to pierce into scalar or into another dimension of time and space! The Engineers believe this strongly and have proved it!
There is no way to have the MWO system come with the balanced arrangement instead of the Lakhovsky unbalanced arrangement, so it can only be an add-on in addition to the full MWO system.
Here is a brief video demonstration to show what it looks like and you will see a black spot appear in the fluorescent tubes. That black spot is an example of “Counter Space”, which is the inverse of space.
In common language, it is literally a point of entry into a different “dimension” and we are the only ones in the world offering this simple add-on for a MWO that allows you to demonstrate this for yourself. Switching between the unbalanced Lakhovsky mode and the balanced mode takes less than 5 minutes.
When buying this MWO, all the coil windings are coated 10X's with Super Corona Dope! It keeps the wires in good shape. Variac Intensity Setting is normally at 50% along with the spark gap at 50%. The coils will produce around 250,000 D/C volts of electricity.
The coils are designed with effective dielectric materials (insulators) to lock in the high voltage into the coil assembly so, that the maximum amount of voltage can be directed to the antennas. Whatever loss or leakage happens at the coil assembly, represents a loss that will not make it to the antennas.
The plastic materials are selected, so they also do not heat up with the high frequency, high voltage pulsing fields. Keeps the antenna perfectly spaced even!
The coil windings are also painted with 10 coatings of Super Corona Dope, which is the best wire coating available in the industry that prevents corona loss and leakage and keeps the wires in good shape for many years.
The output voltage of these coils is 250,000 to 300,000 volts at maximum, but normally the unit does not need to be pushed this much. Most users prefer the Variac Intensity setting to be around 50% with a spark gap setting at 50%.
I want to say, the past builders of this device used strings because they were non-conductive and they kept the rings of copper a certain distance from each other.
ANTENNA: There is an art and science to properly crafting the antenna, which are the most difficult parts to make for the MWO system. Classically, the antennas are tied together with string/twine.
Some of the thought is that it has the least interference to the frequencies pulsing at the antennas. The antenna are a bit clumsy when wired together with string, are easy to become damaged during shipment.
They wobble quite a bit when/if bumped and if the antenna/stand structure fall over, there is great risk that the strings could be damaged and they will have to be restrung at the owner’s own cost. I wouldn't want to touch those antennas at any time and you shouldn't have too!
The company uses HDPE strips to hold the antennas together – HDPE is an excellent dielectric (electrical insulator) and it is also resistant to carbonizing in case someone gets too excited with making sparks on their antennas. These gentleman think of everything.
The MWO's used to have two strings made into an "X" shape over the coils, it was to keep the rings evenly spaced out, if not you would not benefit from the extreme higher and lower frequencies.
If there is carbonizing of the plastic, then it become conductive and the rings will more easily spark from one to the other following the carbon trail left behind.
The strips are stronger than the string, more rugged, keep the antenna intact during shipping and there are other obvious benefits. Lakhovsky used string to steady the rings, Vril made plastic brackets so not to interfere with the frequencies being emanated from the copper rings.
On an engineering level, we determined with Eric Dollard that as long as the total width of all four strip pairs (front and back) are less than 1% of the total circumference of the antenna, it offers no significant change to the MWO’s operating frequency.
The antenna are made of copper and are meticulously bent at very strict specifications to match those of Lakhovsky’s own BV2 model. We matched them up side by side with the European model mentioned above and it is quite uncanny that they are virtually IDENTICAL in tube width and spacing.

The strings used in copper wring separations was flimsy and if moved it would knock the rings out of there place. Another issue was, the stands were top heavy because of the large coils! So, Eric Dollard built 32 pound stands with PVC so this wouldn't happen again. Just imagine if it was running 300,000 D/C volts and it fell on top of you!
We held up a strip with this non-burnable plastic separator to the European ones and it would actually work on those! To engineer that kind of perfection from details from a report without ever having a real model to copy from is testimony to the craftsmanship that goes into every one of our VRIL MWOs!
STANDS
The stands are strong, rugged and balanced. All other systems have the coils and antennas attached at one end, which means they’re top heavy and have a risk of falling over.
Our design supports the coil/antenna structure near the center of balance so this helps to maintain stability – we are the innovators of this design.
The uprights are made of high quality furniture grade tubing at a fixed height – one size fits all. With the antennas at its height and they’re diameter, it is impossible to escape the field. It is automatically perfect for anyone of every size and shape.
The platforms are now thicker and a bit larger for more stability and they’re heavier to prevent rocking or tipping. There was nothing overlooked with this team!

ASSEMBLY
The entire system can be assembled in about 10 minutes with a second person holding the antennas while they are clamped down. The assembly video towards the top of this page shows how easy it is to setup.
DC POWER – INVERTER (REQUIRED FOR INTERNATIONAL USING 220VAC @ 50HZ)
If you want to isolate the MWO from your wall power, you want to be able to run it at events without wall power on a battery or you are overseas with 220v 50hz, you can still use the MWO. The inverter must be a PURE SINE INVERTER.
No modified sine waves are acceptable. The minimum continuous rating is recommended to be 600 watts with 1200 watts peak. And we recommend that you do not run anything else on the inverter at the same time as the MWO.
A video is at the top of the page showing how easy it is to run the MWO on a battery, which could also easily be a 12 volt DC power supply rated at about 500-600 watts to give you plenty of buffer.
The total weight is 94 pounds! These antenna rings weigh 33 pounds this includes, when they are put together. This heavy built military style Modulator is 40 pounds itself! It would be a good idea to have a friend lend a helping hand!

Here are the comments for the pictures of the MWO and Green Leaves in the Netherlands: We added the foto’s of the plant that I was talking about. If we knew these results were showing up, we would have made a more scientific approach so that it is more than just a positive coincidence.
Sometimes positive coincidences can change the world, so we are glad with what we have discovered anyway. We have a plant now that had small leaves, a lot of them were turning brown before they got the the proper size.
