De La Warr was a brilliant technician and followed his heart developing radionic machines that tune and run on magnetic power and he also created the De La Warr camera which could take photos of a person's insides across the world.
The de la Warrs felt it was very important to have very well researched 'Rates', and therefore catalogued a very large number of them. In coordination with other pathologists, they developed over 4000 'Rates' which are still being used to date. Because the instrument seemed to work whether or not the power was switched on, the 'Rates' were not to be considered as resistance measurements, but rather a series of code numbers or keys, which talked to different organs and functions of the body.
De la Warr had the theory that between the 'nodal point lattice', as he called it, they experienced a kind of energy exchange. De la Warr was being stimulated in his theory by Burr's theory of L-Fields. (Life-fields) Today, one would consider these energies to be the zero point energies, or scalar energies, a carrier of the information of morphogenic fields.
In the Delawarr Laboratories, many instruments were being developed, improved and standardized in order to create more detailed and complex 'Rates' which, by now, had come to over 5000. The measuring detector, the stick plate, was already known. The intensity of the 'stick' and the exact use of the Rates, de la Warr could influence by the use of a turning magnet in relation to the earth's magnetic field.
The De La Warr's theory was, radionic rates can piggy back on magnetic wave once the C.R.P. is identified.
This was the critical rotation point (C.R.P.) that Abrams had discovered by having the patient face in the Westerly direction. Del la Warrs also developed a Radionic camera, the 'Delawarr-Camera'. The best pictures of internal organs could be made after directing the witness to the C.R.P. The camera received the French patent in 1955, Patent Nr. 1.084.318.

Also other Delawarr instruments received patents in England. The Radionic cameras from Drown and De la Warr had some pointed differences, but the one point that they shared in common was that they could only be operated by certain people to create valuable pictures. A certain amount of psychic ability was necessary for the camera to function properly. During its time in operation, the de la Warr camera made over 10,000 pictures.

The SE-5 is not a typical Radionic Machine even tho it uses a stick sensor pad. This is a "Spectrum Analyzer" that computes "strong" probabilities! It can also assay metals as well, which it was for at the beginning when Willard Frank created the First of the SE-5 called the "Digitron".

I believe JosephMax sells this for $800+ worth the money, the machine runs off magnetic Dipole, you can see the knob on top of the device, it has printed the entire compass reading. The Directional Knob controls a magnetic cylinder reaching down into the box about three inches that locks into any the four directions on the compass. The rest of the potentiometers are a magnetic off- shoot dialing into direction cylinder.

This older version of the SE-5 its circuitry was kept intact for the SE-51000, they both use the same circuit boards. This device can only measure in the tens and hundreds of a percent. The SE-51000 measures in tenths, hundreds, thousands, ten thousands of a percent!

The above is on Ebay for $2500.00! Some don't sell the instructions of about 300-pages and without those instructions, which includes the rates, your stuck with a computer that can't be used. I don't agree with the price it's not worth it. One would be better off purchasing Don Paris's SE-51000 for $4600.00. You get a pdf of all the rates but the machine was designed for wording more so. The words you use is changed into binary numbers consisting of zero's and ones.
At first I was a bit Leary moving away from an "analog" radionic machine. It was the stunning results I got when using the device over a period of four weeks. I wasn't big fan of Radionic software either and still not, in my opinion radionic software by itself does nothing, I've been doing these machines for twenty years. When I purchased the SE-51000 and discovered his software, I called him and asked him or told him that radionic software doesn't work!
He agreed! Say what! Don Paris calmly said, but my computer program is designed differently. Asking how, he continued, when you type in your requests into the software it transfers this request from the software directly into the SE-5's CPU! The software doesn't broadcast anything, it's a gateway into the SE-5 and the SE-5 then broadcasts after you dowse for the time to run and end.
