De La Warr was a brilliant technician and followed his heart developing radionic machines that tune and run on magnetic power and he also created the De La Warr camera which could take photos of a person's insides across the world.
The de la Warr's felt it was very important to have very well researched 'Rates" and therefore catalogued a very large number of them. In coordination with other pathologists, they developed over 4000 'Rates, which are still being used to date.
Because the instrument seemed to work whether or not the power was switched on, the 'Rates' were not to be considered as resistance measurements, but rather a series of code numbers or keys, which talked to different organs and functions of the body.
De la Warr had the theory that between the 'nodal point lattice', as he called it, they experienced a kind of energy exchange. De la Warr was being stimulated in his theory by Burr's theory of L-Fields. (Life-fields) Today, one would consider these energies to be the zero point energies, or scalar energies, a carrier of the information of morphogenic fields.

Doesn't seem much looking at it. Each of those potentiometers are effective. Going with the greater compass on top of this instrument. That copper place he found in his home and thought I can use this for my targeting. I do believe there is a bigger station from De La Warr.
The Directional Knob controls a magnetic cylinder reaching down into the box about three inches that locks into any the four directions on the compass. The rest of the potentiometers are a magnetic off shoot, dialing into direction cylinder. Look Ma no batteries!

The above is on E-bay for $2500.00! Some don't sell the instructions of about 300-pages and without those instructions, which includes the rates, your stuck with a computer that can't be used. I don't agree with the price it could be a radionic's collection like that of coins.
One would be better off purchasing Don Paris's SE-51000 for $4600.00. You get a pdf of all the rates but the machine was designed for wording more so. The words you use is changed into binary numbers (ASKII) consisting of zero's and ones. There is so much to tell, I would have to hand the manual over to you or try to make a link on my blog.
At first I was a bit Leary moving away from an "analog" radionic machine. It was the stunning results I got when using the device over a period of four weeks. I wasn't big fan of Radionic software either and still not in my opinion radionic software by itself does nothing.
Don Paris added to this technologies, his older partner who passed away he was the original who designed the SE-5 Plus it was intended to measure metric, tons of ores...When he sold the first SE-5 people were writing back telling of weird phenomena's! It was what made the other models up to an including SE-52000!
I've been doing these machines for twenty years. When I purchased the SE-51000 and discovered his software, I called him and asked him or told him that radionic software doesn't work with others who take a shortcut by placing the witness and letting it run on the computer doesn't care for analyzing whether your current program is weak or strong!
He agreed! Say what! Don Paris calmly said, but my computer program is designed differently. It is very intuitive easy to learn all this information in the software goes to the CPU in the SE-51000. The software doesn't broadcast out but it is sent to the SE-51000 CPU, which does all the broadcasting. The software contains 3000 programs, it's where you from start to finish copying on its spreadsheet.
Asking how, he continued, when you type in your requests into the software it transfers this request from the software directly into the SE-5's CPU along with figuring out and translating it in binaural numerics and file is ASKII.!
The software doesn't broadcast anything, it's a gateway into the SE-5 and the SE-5 then broadcasts after you dowse for the time to run and end.
