Once I set up the program, which takes a few minutes of analyzing, I place a check mark near the tuning that is +80% or better, this box is called "Already Tuned". If there is a minus in the group and there are, the tuning will have placed by it a (-) something we don't want to happen.

All my experimental equipment came within two days! I purchased an Alien from HP laptop ; (their low end gaming machine). I figured if I get bored, I could get some Microsoft Flight Simulators. We use my wife's large Apple desktop I have the OSX on this Apple Laptop.
I thought over the years I could get rid of my Microsoft and use Apple computers. Most programs are in "Microsoft"! Not OSX! Keep this in mind because builders like that of Don Paris he still creates software programs for his SE-52000 along with the newer machine that supports the SE-5 as well.
Microsoft corners the market! Most of the devices have a Microsoft software programming. We have Apple this and that! So, I had to buy this machine that runs Microsoft programs. to accommodate The SE-51000 or other radionics software mostly stick with Microsoft. Maybe its easier for what they sell.
I couldn't do that with Apple OSX, which is why I order this new computer years back. It's got 4K video, I believe it has a 10-60 graphics type card blah, blah and a RAM memory of 32 gigabytes with one Tera-byte SD Flash drive. It is a very quiet machine, awesomely fast.

We didn't know how long all this was going to last because "placebo" has a habit of raising its head only to go back down and the pain returns with a vengeance. Mine is Sterling Silver with 10kt gold plating with a real solitaire diamond of one Ct. These at base price, you will get a zirconia diamond or other inexpensive stones. Its cheaper to purchase a separate diamond in your area than have them install one!
This regimen went on for about six days. On the seventh day I found when placing the recently charged Receptor on to the life meter, it lost almost 80% out of the 100%+ charge, otherwise I wouldn't have known and I didn't know for almost 15 years later, May 2019!

That Nuclear Receptor when I placed it on the plate connected to the life meter it pegged out over 100%, I had to use the 10,000% scale in order to find out what we are looking at. I got some stick reactions. When I hit 25,000% this is where I got my biggest spike on the rub plate. Everyday, it never drops! I don't understand the "why's" of it all. My wife's wedding diamond ring only had 40% reading from the life meter.

You would have had the JU-1000 orgone generator charging your body or the HDR the whole time. But it could still take you a good thirty minutes running this orgone device long enough to bring your brainwaves down to "theta". I used it and it was just too weak for me! No matter if I practiced for 4-8 weeks, nothing.

Not everyone would be interested in time traveling and that's ok, but they maybe interested in OBE and Astral Projection traveling. We just don't have the time to practice these days, and it can take up to 30-60 hours or more just to begin to become psychic in nature! Like using the IDL-22, its not the 22 that takes 30-60 one hour meditations to become psychic but it is a general target for all types of meditation equipment or just using without.
It seems Karl Welz device does fulfill the promise when it comes to the generation of Orgone, I am not so sure about his radionics machines I don't have one! I only wish Steven Gibbs would have provided a way to add a frequency generator.
In the circuit of the HDR along with orgonite or built this same type of device (HDR) that could by patching it into the an outside frequency generator be ran in the desired brainwave states. Of course it would have cost more than triple what it is right now.
