#39: I FINALLY HAVE ALL MY EQUIPMENT ON HAND TO MANIFEST THE "SECRET" IT'S SELF IF NEED BE! SPECTRAL ANALYZER, DARK FIELD MICROSCOPE, REMOTE BALANCER, HOLOGRAMS, CAMCORDER, ETC.

Using a Super EMF Pump with the HDR in my opinion can't hurt that bad. I wouldn't want to sleep with it on all night long. I will began to use it for the first 10 minutes using the SuperHDR, then I will shut the HDR down and let the pump run for an additional forty minutes!

Today, I received my SuperEMF Pump on Ebay, works as described. Little bigger box compared to the SuperHDR by Gibbs. I have to remind myself when running the device to keep all computers and phones or electrical away from the pump area. 

Tonight I am going to use the HDR along with the SuperEMF connected to my tripod. I am not sure if anything will happen in the next few days using it. Update: I astral projected while I was dreaming. It seemed easier this time because of the EMP Pump.

I now have my SE-5 set up for experimentation and my Remote Broadcaster, I am using this with pre-programmed cards, such as, "Cold and Flu", "Negative Energies", "Lucid Dreaming", "Eliminating Pain", "DNA" Activator" etc. My wife has done so well both physically and spiritually when I place her picture on the Bio-Holographic Broadcaster.

Each of these cards with a hologram attached to it were carefully programmed using the SE-51000. He charged me $20.00 per programmed card and I purchased 20 each plus two included with the Remote Balancer. Personally I would have never purchase something like this.

I have my own SE-51000 and I will be programing my person logo the face of the ScareCrow and it will be fixed on a wallet size plastic blank card. So, why did I purchase twenty pre-program cards? Because, I am just learning about programming holograms with the SE-5. Since I know Don Paris products work! 

It should, he, Don spent 30 years perfecting the device. I am working with the Super HDR from Gibbs and running the SuperEMF Pump at the same time. The only drawback of the pump to date is it can drain two 9 volt batteries in about an hour of being in the "on" position.

This life Meter I mention below was created by a company in Canada...They use to make it in a wooden container but they went all tech on us old guff's and came out with a handheld sensitive "Life Meter". 

I will incorporate the "Life Meter" and measuring items before broadcasting to them and then run on the Life Meter to see the increase. Yet, it happens and no one knows what kind of life energy is showing on the Life Meter as an increase prior to balancing. The only thing I am lacking is a DarkField Live Blood Microscope, I need this to create my elixirs.

This programming from the SE-5 1000 is creating crystalline structures from the aether to inside the mineral water and it can only be proven with 2000x Live Blood DarkField Microscope. All my work will be documented and a friend of mine will use whatever cards I create to give an honest feed back. 

I have yet another experiment that proved earlier successful and that was being transported to the famous Area 51. This will require the use of my Remote Broadcaster by playing a pre-programmed hologram with my time travel protocol. Update: I still have to do this a puppy wasn't in the equation at the time. He's taken both our times and patience in training him.

This is great for me, because I had didn't have the Remote Broadcaster years ago and I would always tie up my device for hours and even weeks at a time, running specialized programs. Now I can place the hologram inside the Remote Balancer. Free up my machine for other studies. 

THE TOP SEEDS WERE NOT TREATED BY THE SE-5. YET THE BOTOM SEEDS WERE RAN WITH AN AGRICULTURAL TUNINGS ONCE EACH DAY.

The SE-5 also allowed me to astral time travel by running the program for two weeks 24/7, there was a time I had forgotten I was running it. When my travel happened it was so "Real" I can't think of a replacement "word" that could describe where I was and what I seen and smelled and felt.

I would considered going to Area 51 would probably be "luck" on a grand scale, but here's the thing, not only did I get to go to Area 51 everything that was written on my command protocol all came to pass! I mean everything! 

I accessed the SE-5 software program and looked at my time travel list. I was in shock! Everything I didn't want to come into contact was fulfilled and everything I wanted to experience it, did it by the letter! Now that was a bit spooky! I also run a program to sell on E-bay and after running the program for a few hours either by the next day or so. 

I would have it sold in about two days. Don Paris told me, the SE-5 is uncanny when it comes to increasing one's profitable business. I did it twice using my program and twice sold many thousands of dollars on E-Bay. Selling on E-bay. I did the same for going to on vacation this year and had some leftover.

I want to change tracks a bit, I visited the Welz Radionic Machines after eight or so hours of going through that awful site, what you are essentially buying is a "Frequency" generator with knobs! The more generators the more expensive the machine. I watched on youtube of Welz operators showing the JU1000 and how it puts out orgone energy. 

This guy put a cantaloupe on the "Life Meter" extension plate; which it hooks up to the Life Meter by a cord.The cantaloupe registered at 50% organic life. He aimed the JU1000 upon one hour completion you can see the needle rising all the way to 100%

I was impressed! But that is where it seems to end! No one will show anyone online how well their HD2400 models are doing or have done. One guy left a post and said, "I set this program up for what I was wanting and it's been running for the entire year and still nothing"!

Welz's was the top of the line frequency generator. Frequency generators were never met to be Radionic broadcasters. Camels are not bred to win horse races! You get a frequency counter with the Welz machine up to 12 energetic frequency generators. My personal opinion on these device I would have to back off because I never own his larger machines, only the JU1000.

You have to ask yourselves this, what is it I am actually looking for within my budget and within my skill as a radionic operator? Expensive car or cheap car, both can get you to work on time. The differences in cosmetics distinguish one from the other. 

Welz's most expensive RAD HD is $11,000.00! For a frequency generator. Yikes! I just wanted to make mention of what other companies do and have been doing all these years. I thought paying $4600.00 plus another $700.00 was expensive! Again, I can't dismiss the Welz machine because I don't own these expensive devices.

But I know personally they work! I even used it for the lotto, I place the ticket inside a wax envelope provided by Don Paris, then I constructed a wining protocol and I waited until my bio-rhythm was above "0" line going up. I won a few bucks here there. I had to purchase new tickets because the SE-5 used the energy of this individual ticket and now its drained.

THIS ONE YOU CLIP YOUR BELT AND GO ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. IT WILL BROADCAST WHATEVER YOU PLACED ON THE HOLOGRAM. BUT YOU HAVE OT MEASURE IT BECAUSE IT TOO RUNS OUT OF ENERGY.

If you want to program your dreams, then the SE-5 is the way to go if you can afford to do so! To me, it works uncanny, when doing any psychological work with it. I can give any of you a programmed hologram card with some psychological enhancing features, it will begin it's full effect within 12-24 hours, only if you have the card on your person. 

I purchased a military dog tag chain, there cheap and I punch a hole in the back of the card without damaging the hologram. She places it on the chain and then tucks it in of her inner blouse. Right now as of 9 August 2019, I have a "brain" system balance and using "psychological" triggers to keep me calm. It is scheduled to run for 7/24 for the next seven days! There will be additional time the SE-5 will probably have me run it.

The cards are light! With the SE-5, the program(s) will effect the aura body/energetic body and I am going to prove this once I get the microscope! I will take a drop of my blood before and record it and after wearing the card for 24 hours I will retest the blood for any anomalies. Reagent in several weeks near the body those witnesses use will run out of energy!

Sticky Blood because of the bad things we eat and share to eat. The SE-5 within ten minutes will clear this up!

It's possible I have what is called, "Sticky" blood where all the cells clump together due to high EMF's coming from computes and cell phones. There was a lady, who took her own blood sample and it was sticky blood cells creating land mass  designs, looking like solid islands in her blood.

Don't let the simple things be the hardest to understand! A simple blood drop shows under the microscope what a cell phone causes to happen with the blood in ten minutes. Running the Remote Broadcaster with a pre-programmed card to extinguish negative energies for ten minutes shows a small miracle in the microscopic world!

She, the lady with the sticky blood was told to talk on the cell phone for ten minutes and after the call, she drew her own blood and it was worse under the microscope then the first time; all the cells massively protecting her all sticking together. 

She ran the CHIO Remote Broadcaster for five minutes and took a sample of blood and now the blood is no longer clotting together all the cells were free flowing. The program that was used was the "Negative" Energy program. Imagine if someone who understood a lot about the body with this instrument in their hands it would be lethal to the issues.

To find physical proof, one needs to see the deeper issues and the blood is the tell tell sign of something that maybe wrong, there is life in the blood. There are miasm's to consider as well. This happens when your doing a scan over a persons system you might identify certain disorders or diseases, yet they have no such physical proof. 

Do you remember the first Krilian picture you saw? It was a pattern of a leaf that had sparkle energy all around it. When the leave was destroyed, the emanations of the entire leaf remained for several hours.

When scanning with the SE-5 or other radionic devices that you are good at using, if you find inheritance issues that was past down from generation to generation and your discoveries show no signs that such a physical malady exists, then we send a program to the energetic body and alter the miasm question. 

Your not healing anyone (Physically), you are sending information only to the energetic body, the energetic body will know what to do with it. It is believed by many older radionic operators that the miasm was in the aether that had not manifested into the physical realm. This is the best we can accomplish not being doctors.

Making Elixirs are not as difficult like they use to be, when a person had to do them by hand to make a copy of the real thing and then dilute it until there was no trace of the real substance only the IDF pattern would remain in effect. You know longer need to do that, the machine will do it for you more efficiently.

I am working to see how the SE-5 make duplicate elixirs, such as, placing a bottle of vitamins on the input plate and having a glass of water on the receiving plate and now we push the duplication button and it will shut down once the IDF's are inside the energetic frame work of the living water. 

Don Paris did this exact same thing and when the water was tested by a friend, his face scrunched a bit and said, this is bitter and taste like a strong vitamin! Any of these experiments that Don Paris talks about, where never planned ahead of time. When an opportunity arose, then Don would say, "Hey let's do this and see what happens".

Imagine if you take prescription medicine and it keeps running out, In some overseas studies, they claim by placing a single tablet on the input well and transfer the IDF's of the tablet, that you keep running out of and then it was drank to see if it works the same as a controlled substance. I have not got that far yet, I can't personally recommend doing such a thing and if you were prescribed medications continue to use them as directed! 

But you may still want to experiment like doing it with a vitamin. I would want to use 2000x etc. I am new to this as far as elixirs are concerned. Don Paris made an astral projection elixir and an old friend purchased it a couple of years back and that night for several he became lucid in his dreams.

I tried to talk to Don about the program and he told me it's buried somewhere in my garage. I will then ask him, how do I start such a program. My machine is a "probability" analyzer, the more probable the future situation the more likely it will come to pass. 

The first use of the SE-5 and their past models, was designed to determine the amount of silver or gold from analyzing the top soil and pieces of the mountain. This spectral analyzer created by Willard Frank in the early 1970's was limited. But customers started experimenting using the SE-5 on other things and it worked!

A thankless generation is now apparent in 2019, everything must be free for the taking, medical, dental and hospital insurance, should all be free for everyone! 

99% of people, who purchase radionic equipment to get monies or riches or better ones health and you have to remember this generation and the one before it, think everything is owed to them. We didn't build that, they did, so it's technically their's. No matter how much work you put into creating something good and excluding the amount of money it took to get the device, you don't get to own it. 

When I was learning to be a technical trader and learned myself how to spot "divergences", the people on the stock forums wanted me to give them the winning stock for nothing!

I asked the stock trader online, "Are you going to pay me for my time" and stock and commodity picks, they were all winners. They laughed LOL hell no! These are what I call "leeches" they suck the last drop of blood from you and then when they win they leave the carcass behind. 

This happened to me twice in my twenty years of trading stocks. I never again went to trading forums. I don't mind helping someone once in awhile or so, one just has to decide if the person your helping, does he or she appreciate it and what happens after they make money off of you, you never hear from them.

Even now, I get good bit of emails about what devices I am using and how they work so far. I don't blame them due to the fact I am making myself visible on these pseudo-science forums and others. I give out hints every now and then when warranted.

I love my work and I am sure you would agree my time and your time are valuable and our accumulated knowledge in a particular field is valuable. In my days if we didn't have money we would barter online, I don't see that anymore!

Don't ask for the moon when your using these devices, it's only as good as you are! You see the machine amplifies what you know, your innate qualifications through practice and experiments. As you mature using the machines your confidence is the key to bringing in some "possibilities", but this takes time and patience.

There is no one locally where you live or on the net, that would take their time to teach you how to use a Radionic machine. For all intense and purpose you can't be taught with a "stick" reaction, everyone is different and each one uses their own divination abilities to find rates or IDF's or for times of a run. 

Which includes seconds, minutes, hours, days, and weeks. Let your imagination only run within your probability zones! Probability means, it could happen, it just needs a bit of a push and it falls into the physical realm as a manifestation.

YOU CAN USE THE ABOVE KELLY'S BROADCASTING ANTENNA IN SINGLES AND IN STACKS FOR A PRETTY PENNY.

When your analyzing for very serious issues, one must understand to get precision, you need to practice using your honed in skills with the rub plate. First you should be working on smaller probabilities and as your confidence grows, you can work on medium projects and so forth until you can pull one or two possibilities off with your machine. 

I can use anything and still I'm able get a stick reaction quite easily. The stick plate even when not connected to the machine I can still turn the dials on the machine and rub the table it sets on and I can get the exact harmonics.

On the SE-51000, it has a stick plate, I didn't like the feel so I rub on the side of the machine. The hard plastic has a gruff finish and I get my best stick doing this. 

There is no wrong or right way according to Don Paris, he told me if it works for you than it is the way you need to do it! Everyone always ask, what if my "stick" reaction is off? Easy, the SE-5 will compensate during the balancing by itself. 

Every so often you will find small quirks when using your devices. Something it does from the norm in your operations. As what happened to me and a few other SE-5 operators. I simply called the "STICK" Correction! If your "stick" is inaccurate the SE-5 will compensate and run the program either shorter than expected or longer than what you thought.

For example: If your "stick" reaction says 2 hour run time, you set it and let it run its course and when the two hours is up, you look and the machine and it continues to run, it quits let's assume on the third hour, that was true "Stick" time! 

The SE-5 compensates the difference in time, I asked Don about it and he said, he had nothing to do with this phenomena, it accomplishes this by it itself, there is nothing in the design that would cause a machine that would correct the operator, but this one does!

If you have an Heironymus Medical Analyzer or just a plain Jane unit, you can use this information and apply to your machine. On your machine you have an intensity dial from 0 to 100. All you have to do is let the one hundred be as 1000%, it can be anything you need it to be. So, if you need the time counted in hours, mentally or say out loud "Let each number = One hour or let each number = to one percentage point. (1-100%).

It is the operator that sets the pace, imagination from this point on is justified. Whatever you want your machine to measure, just mentally attach the numerical value you need like 1=1% or 1= 1hour etc. I was fortunate Don's machines measures up to 10,000% he stated you need this percentage when balance anything spiritual. So on your Heironymus, let 1= 1000% or whatever helps you get what your looking for. Don't be held back because you only have 1-100 intensity dial!

CROW'S NEST XII...IF YOUR INTO OBE (OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE) AND ASTRAL PROJECTION, THEN YOU IN FOR A TREAT, LOADED PACKED WITH THE RIGHT GUIDANCE TO ACCOMPLISH THESE FEATS.

Out of all the people whoever showed interest in OBE or Astral traveling out of one hundred percent, only 2-3% have the required skills to do this automatically without frequencies pounding them in the head.

Sometimes, we get so bombarded with meditation frequencies and now you can get them at Apple iTunes for $.99 cents! But what are you actually receiving from iTunes? How many times have these programs been compressed? 

I know apple-loss prevents decompression of critical high or low frequencies, also we are  taking into account the designed overall tones and how they were put together. Even with apple loss you will lose some of the ultra-frequencies and very low carrier frequencies.

People and a good majority of them, still are not able to "Lucid Dream" and "OBE" and "Astral Travel". They purchase these cheap programs that promise them the world. No company that I'm aware of can promise you can do this or that! 

We as purchasers of these mp3's count on our commonsense and a little bit of studying and knowing what it is that you maybe looking for as far as meditation is concerned.

Whereas the human psyche is concerned, everyone is different. Like the finger prints on a person's hands theirs is unique and the only design in the whole existence. We have to account for variances.

Then we find programs that are scientifically explained why you should purchase their programs, again no results. Oh! Let us not forget the "Do it yourself" binaural beats program generators that are available. 

I don't know if it occurred to any of you that it would behoove you to know how to write sheet music and knowing all the musical scales and know something about Sound egineering. There are certain rules of music that are in place before trying to build an brainwave series.

It's our responsibility to make sure your research is done before plopping money over the counter for another dead end program. Go on for example: Paranormalis and leave a message to see what others think of the Ennora brainwave entrainments.

When they create these beats using cheap software, they are known as basement bargain sells. Why? Because, to design from scratch a good binaural beat the brain will ignite the FFR (Frequency Following Response) is activated and if the brain can't follow such a response you again get no results.

Even if the program was said to be Scientifically accurate this enables them to persuade you to pay a much higher cost than what it's really worth on the open markets. The iTunes programs are great for music listening and I would agree with the majority. They do nothing when an iTune meditation music is played and tested on studio sound equipment it hardly registers.

Some feel having a program on cd is far better in some cases than any Mp3 on the market and in rare cases, the cassette recordings using binaural beats are even better for their upper and very low frequencies that get into the brain that come from the cassettes ability to reach and record the very highest to the lowest of frequencies.

When listening to meditation mp3's, there are ton of them on the web. From $.99 cents to $400.00 out of that "ton" I found what I love to use from Ennora. It's expensive, around $8-9$ for a single meditation program for particular issues both spiritual and physical.

The RV and RI program that Gerald O'Donnell created called the "Portal" at the beginning, were masterly copied onto cassettes! I still have most of the cassettes but I lost the RV#2 by leaving it in an old dual deck cassette player when I through it out. I didn't go through all the cd's on this program but my wife most certainly had and she experienced OBE's and Astral Projection, Lucid Dreams and all she had to do was listen to the cd and she would fall asleep.

Later on I purchased his CD and it didn't have quite effects as the cassettes did. In the 70's and 80's, cassettes were the main listening devices of its days. Times and technologies have certainly changed!

Let's dig a little deeper into the general statement I made at the beginning. We are once again going to pick on Apple iTunes for this example:

Quality:

The frequency waves (binaural beats) track you, the human to be able to hear underneath a recording relies on, the frequency following  response process to effectively entrain the brain. Honestly I can't say anything for Isochronic tones and different other ones but I know the binaural tones produce miracles  and only if you spend time for 30 minutes a day.

When the track is converted to mp3 format it is imperative that the conversion is done in two ways: firstly, using a professional audio program that provides high quality conversion, and secondly, the recording must be mastered at between 192 and 320 kbps (kilobits per second). 

Don't take it from me, take it from the designers of the programs. Even I really didn't understand what the heck they do when copying the program using software to do it all...There has to be  knowledgeable person with music and sound engineering to make the program convincing.

The reasons for this are simple. Low-grade mp3 convertors produce higher frequency loss, and a bitrate less than 160 -192 kbps to be on the safe side is too low and will produce further frequency loss. We can not be in that vulnerable position, when training our minds due to the sensitive nature. Considering also the type of headphones! Don't be stingy, I found the BOSE, Noice Cancelation and seals in the whole ear.

So why is this bad?

Well the effectiveness of binaural beats lay in the preservation of the binaural track. Its purity must be maintained and affected by EQ, colored by other sounds laid on top of the track (binaural), nor decreased in quality through file compression. Those with iPhone can use apple loss so the files don't get compressed. Ennora doesn't make cd's but it is easy to copy the program on cd for a hard copy.

The Multiple Compression Process:

When a track is submitted to iTunes, it is usually done so via a service such as CD Baby; a service that submits tracks to digital retailers like iTunes and Amazon on behalf music labels. The master recording is supposed to uploaded as a .Wav or .Aiff file, which, in either format, is a high quality uncompressed version of the recording. 

Why I chose this company for Astral Projection training and OBE training, Lucid Dreaming and as to why it's important that the binaural beats must work 99.9% so we can be able to reach our subconscious mind.

However, many tracks are submitted in mp3 format at this important stage. This is done to save time, or because the recording has been passed from studio to the person responsible for uploading tracks via a computer. Because a .Wav file is time consuming to send and receive, an mp3 provides a quick solution.

If a .wav or .aiff is submitted as should be the case, it is then encoded to mp3 and sent to the digital retailers, where it is encoded (compressed) again. If an mp3 is sent in to begin with, it will again be encoded (compressed) to the requirements of the digital distributor. 

Other unprofessional recording beats, these fly-by-night businesses. They compresses the track first, it is then compressed again by the digital distributor, and then compressed again by the digital retailer. That's a whole lot of compression! Which, unfortunately, potentially renders the binaural beats recording useless – because frequency levels and quality will have been lost in the process. 

When copying music or purchasing music off iTunes, one gets greater the quality equal to that of CD's. They compress this quality into a "sandwich" so to speak not worrying about any ultrasound frequencies or below (subliminal) frequencies are being missed.

But Don’t iTunes and Amazon Compress at 160 kbps+?

Here’s what Apple says: Purchased songs are encoded using MPEG-4 Advanced Audio Coding (AAC) format, a high-quality format that rivals CD quality. Songs purchased and downloaded from the iTunes Store are AAC Protected files and have a bitrate of 128 kilobits per second (kbit/s).  The purchased song should sound as good as or better than a 160 kbit/s MP3 file. Because the bit rate is lower, though, the AAC file takes less disk space than the MP3 file.

As mentioned previously, 128 kbps isn’t recommended for binaural beats recordings, certainly not at Ennora anyway. But don’t get me wrong, this is fine for pop songs and such because 128 kbps is considered CD quality. Apple says the sound should be as good as 160 kbps. Fair enough.

But here’s the thing. Looking back through the process described above; if an mp3 is compressed at say 128 kbps, and is then re-encoded at 160 kbps, and then again at 192 kbps, it makes no difference that the quality has been increased, because it hasn’t, the numbers mean nothing.

Below is a small sample what a sound engineer along with a music engineer have to go through to create a hard hitting binaural beat that should be truly effective of placing one in a "Theta" or "Delta" brainwave.

Your next compression (encoding) is only as good as the master it came from. Effectively, what I am saying here is that there should only be one process of encoding where binaural beats recordings are concerned, and this should take place from a quality master at a high bitrate. Personally I have no idea about bitrates and compression, so I have to lean on my gut instinct and research to find the best of the best.

Basement Beats:

Carrying on from the last sentence of the last section, the term “quality master” is also problematic where many of the recordings on iTunes and YouTube are concerned. Those free youtube sounds at least 95%+ were created by basement bargain build. The old saying, "You get what you pay for"! How do I know if I have a bad copy of binaural beats? Easy! Have you experience results.

Using ineffective software only to build the binaural beat with in a few minutes, when engineers know that it takes to make a master  and it takes many hours to procure the best listening products available. There is only but a handful of individuals who will go out of their way to produce the best quality recordings. In todays world, once you get a bad reviews your done!

Your brain is a lot more advance than any super computer on the planet. It knows if the right frequencies are played, the brain will follow suite like that of a pair of tuning forks.

There are a few open source programs available that allow amateur binaural beats producers to generate instant binaural tracks. Without wanting to mention names and harm the reputation of any program in particular, a few things should be noted regarding producing BB tracks using open source software.



Firstly, the accuracy of the programs will not be that of professional studio programs such as Logic Audio. The free BB generators allow for limited manipulation of the track, and there are no (generally) tools available to test the accuracy of the purported frequencies. Just plain ole copying and a cheap software, which installs the inadequate binaural under the background music.

Professional programs require the programmer to build the binaural track from scratch, and offer greater scope for accuracy through the use of advanced EQ and EQ monitoring. 

Here this telling us, the basic frame work to put up is critical in order to have a good FFR or frequency following response with the brain coming together. 

Most companies who mass produce the Binaural Beats won't go as far as explaining the painful process of creating such a mp3 all they will tell you is, Astral projection, OBE's if you listen to these, this is what you can expect. Really!

So if you're wondering why the plethora of binaural beats recordings on YouTube don't make you feel the same way the tracks you purchased from a reputable BB retailer do, the answer is probably largely down to the majority of the tracks being bedroom produced using amateur binaural beats generator  programs.

Secondly, mastering a binaural beats track in a bedroom without proper acoustics will produce a substandard recording every time. All the biggest records are mixed down and mastered in an acoustically sound studio environment to ensure quality.

How to Use Binaural Beats for Maximum Effectiveness:

There are no hard and fast rules on how to use binaural beats. However, at Ennora, we do have a recommended code of conduct that will help you get the best from the experience. The reality is that you can settle into a Mindful State. 

I too using a single binaural beat program about 15 years ago, I was able to go into a trance state under five minutes. Since then I have not found that same effect with todays binaural engines. Now I can see why!

Before listening to your recording, try and settle into a mindful state. Find an isolated space, ideally in a neutral environment that isn’t usually associated with stress or high-energy activity. Also, consider giving GreenWave a holler!

Gateway from Hemi-Synch uses nothing but binaural. It doesn't work for me all that much to see anecdotal evidence in my dreaming pattern or OBE's. Even the Monroe Institute doesn't guarantee you will experience any of this, if you go on their retreat.

You have to purchase their modified meter to test if your plug is leaking and once fix, test with meter once more. If it still reaches to high, find the next electric outlet in that same room and and plug the meter into the socket, if it's still dirty, place another electrical filter into the wall or electrical strip and then retest the first one to see the difference in both savings and minimal power loss.

Especially don't be in a place that the EMF meter will show leaking electrical line by it's numerical reading. I am ordering what is called the Green Wave. An electrical filter which plugs into the wall and grounds out the leaks.

Progressive Relaxation is a very powerful tool! It has no binaural beats, just a man or woman talking and leading the listener into deep relaxation. This is all it is meant to do. When finished, on your iPhone turn on your meditation music that was design to allow one to OBE, etc.

Starting from the forehead and working ones way down to the toes of of your feet. Don't be confused if your body goes into sleep  or you end up in a trance state, because when you become proficient in relaxing your body it will, with its built in bio-clock place the participant in a deep level sleep. Progressive Relaxation are individual techniques that allow you to practice your chakra's building. Because the body should be asleep.

Sitting among nature is ideal, for example in the park, by a lake or in a spacious field. If this isn’t possible, then try your conservatory, your garden or a room in the house that makes you feel warm and content. Right now ice I have the pyramid up and running, I placed a round low chair. The chair is comfortable except where the head rests it makes my neck uncomfortable.

Be in the moment, be present, be spacious and let go. If you can't do this, just let it go for now and come back to it later when your are a tad bit tired and ready to relax. Always good to clear out your mind before the session begins. Settle yourselves down a bit. If possible; shut off the lights where you are meditating. Don't use these while driving in a moving vehicle! These mp3's must be used in a quiet room or sound proof room of sorts. This way no accidents! Positioning is important enough as to find a place where you can help relax the body at the same time using the binaural.

If you find this difficult, close your eyes and concentrate on the rise and fall of your breath for a few minutes before starting. You can use binaural beats anywhere, as long as you have headphones. Just don't play it while driving because it will eventually put you into hypnosis when both halves of the brain are coherent for the first time. You also heard of Road Hypnosis. Did you wander if you even stopped back there at the stop sign? 

That said, it seems somewhat pointless trying to relax the brain while driving in rush hour traffic. Remember, using binaural beats is essentially meditation, and to achieve the best from meditation you must put the mind in a neutral state. The mind should be free of distraction and stress. Mind awake/Body asleep! Certainly you don't want to do such a thing falling asleep behind the wheel.

Take up Your Binaural Position

If you can sit in the traditional meditation position then do so (Lotus Position). If you find this uncomfortable or are yet to master sitting cross-legged; then lie down or sit on a comfortable seat. This is quite the grey area! But the make sure what you are listening to is corrupted due to, too much dubbing done in improperly.

I say wherever you want to be is perfectly fine. If you were force to assume one position for 30-60 minutes your backs may give out on a few of you out there. You must not be so rigid it's all about "relaxation"!! If standing on your head helps you then do it! Your way will always be the right way if it works for you.

If you use a poor quality headphone, you might as well purchase a 99 cent binaural from iTunes for all that matters. To run a good binaural program and using noise reduction headphones and do your PR prior to listening to your main mp3 such as OBE program.

If at home, use your couch or bed. Whatever you do ensure you are comfortable. Don’t sit slouched over or with your head to one side. Sit or lie straight with your head perfectly centered. It keeps you from getting a stiff neck and that I learned really fast. Personally I set up on the bed and listen to my Mp3's. 

When I snapped out of it, I just shut things down and go to bed. I found myself on many occasions feel my astral body separating while lying on my side and some force will turn my a-body and sling it back and then it lets go!

Use Quality Headphones

It really is worth investing in some good headphones to get the most out of your recordings. We personally recommend closed back headphones for optimum binaural beats listening. If you don’t know the difference between the two let me explain. I use the BOSE wireless bluetooth. These are nominal costs. As you should expect when purchasing BOSE noise canceling technologies.

Closed headphones have a closed, or sealed, cup. Open headphones are open behind the driver. Basically this means that closed headphones will keep you from hearing outside sounds and also keep people around you from hearing your headphones – this is referred to as "leaking." 

Jumping from one bad mp3 to another, this only happens when you don't experiencing anything within the first or so week. So, we find another ad that have even more expensive cd's in the 3-4 hundred dollar range. What if you can purchase a mp3 for $8.00 and experience great results which builds up the last days training!

Cheaper closed headphones with a sealed cup will have reactions and resonances, however, higher end models from the likes of Bose, Sennheiser, and Sony deal with those issues very well. You want the headphone to cup over your ears not inside ear plugs, good if you can blockout all sounds and listen just to the binaural beats unimpeded.

The reason I went so much in depth was, many first time mediation seekers are climbing over each other to experience first hand, for the first time in their lives, something so surreal but not physical in this reality. So, like all of us, we have  from one time to another jump from one meditation program to another! Why is this? Simple it may have been bad coding or simple no discipline. How do I know! Because it has happened to me in more than one occasion.

Why do you think that was? Because the promises from the company was simply "Hollow" and lot's were never forthcoming how they created these binaural beats. Gateway program in Virginia the Robert Monroe Institute, teaches at summer retreats that you may experience some OBE's or Lucid Dreaming but in fine print they don't guarantee it. Years ago the retreat cost $2500.00 and you sit in a coffin type booth and have a hanging curtain (black) to keep out the light.

The Gateway retreat on Robert Monroes private land, the daughter takes over such things and sets up everything! Most of the listeners are in this isolation booths to listen to the mp3, this maybe the reason when a person goes home and listens to the cd or mp3 they don't get the same results. At the retreat it is maximized for listening efficiency. Your home is probably not.

When at the "Gateway" retreat, you undergo sitting in your coffin like both that has drapes for covering all the daylight and speakers built into the panels and they have a central control center  in the center of the room. The controller who sets up the listener and prepare them for whatever mp3 he is going to play. Once the controller has everyone prepared, he will run the first program. 

The Controller tells the enclose listeners what focus level they are trying for and it's up to your subconscious, while the program plays to bring to pass what it is trying to be accomplished. This goes on for about six days and I have an online associate, who went to the retreats several of them in fact, he told me he experienced some pretty powerful wild adventures. 

The only problem was, when he came home and use the same tapes at the retreat it wasn't the same atmosphere so to speak and no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't reproduce the same or similar results when he was at the retreat center. 

The center institute told them, there was no guarantees they would experience OBE's or Lucid Dreaming. There are no Guarantee's when it comes to a persons psyche. It's like the "weather", the meteorologist never guarantees it will rain or be sunny.

You know I wish there was one company that would or could guarantee by listening to their products producing within the listener to Astral Travel or for better memory etc. Heck, even life there is no guarantees I will be alive tomorrow! 

No one can guarantee such things because some of us might have underlying fears of doing such a thing, that would prevent the individual to experience such supernatural events from happening. While still others don't even need such tools because they were born with such a (Gift). I am certainly not one of those that such travels are easy for me. But one day I will get the right mp3 and stay discipline and have fun with it.

The pyramid I purchased is working like promised but my experience with it would be far different than my wife's. She in fact, has not experienced anything since we got the pyramid but I experienced four out of five times this week. 

Then she told me, she feels uncomfortable, she likes her own bed, not the air mattress in the pyramid. What I am going to do is use my capstone only and take down the piping. I want to use it like the IDL-22. My wife suggested to use the IDL-22 along with the activated capstone.

There are good programs out in the market and in all truthfulness, it's hard to determine which company who sells the mp3's are forthwith and honest about the integrity of their binaural beats. It' like anything you purchase, "Buyers Beware"!

This is important to know because it gets disheartening listening to these mp3's for meditation and it just doesn't seem to work! But even if you found a great program this will not give you the licenses to be lazy and not do your part!

What Are Theta Binaural Beats and Why Should You Use Them?

Theta is the frequency range the brain is in when it is in a very relaxed state. The theta frequency range is between 4-7 hertz. So at the lower end a person would be in a deeply relaxed state - good for meditation - and at the higher end a person would be pretty chilled and calm - good for learning and creative endeavors and still be able to be conscious while listening to the program. 

The state above theta is known as the alpha state. This state is similar to theta in that it promotes relaxation, yet in alpha a person will feel more assertive and more focused, and less meditative and contemplative. Not so much of a dreamy state of mind, more relaxed atmosphere but still very conscious.

Theta binaural beats recordings are common because this state is highly conducive to stress release and promoting a feel good factor. It will lower the cortisones which cause aches and pains! All this is fine and has been proven over the past 20+ years! The problem in this world is, "Work", "Work", Work"! By the time one gets home and cooks and cleans and are ready for sleep, hardly anyone could even stay awake long enough to reach "Theta".

Research has shown that being in the theta state releases endorphins (feel good hormones), which makes sense when you consider that being relaxed makes you feel good in general. Many recordings mix theta and alpha frequencies, have such calming effects. "If, you have a good mp3 composed from a "Sound Engineer"!

Theta is King! If you can remember anything and forget all else than you are way ahead of most people out there. Than monkey chatter in your heads is caused by dipping in and out of different frequencies all day long.

This is necessary when a recording is engineered for a specific purpose such as creating a state highly conducive to productivity and focus. A straight theta recording, even in the higher theta zone- might prove too relaxing for some people and create lethargy rather than productivity / focus, and therefore it is necessary to entrain the brain with low-medium alpha waves, too.

Studies show that children spend a lot more time in the theta state than adults. This is because children live "more in the moment", are less stressed, have less responsibilities (less excessive thinking) and are therefore able to relax more. When we hear conversations of children talking to their make believe friends and knowing how Theta works, to them whoever they are speaking too, they are as real as you and me.

It's also be research in the state of Wisconsin that rabbit and deer etc. operated solely in "Theta" range, so they are more able to Remote View the dangers around them. They placed EEG probes on the brains of deer and later placed a "Wolf" in an enclosed area that the deer couldn't smell or see. Yet when the wolf was introduce in the pen, the deers brainwaves were operating in heavy "Theta".

As for the brain, we pop in and out all day long in many frequencies, we are never operating on a single fixed frequency pattern. We are the creatures that can only do such a thing. Humans have many emotional level to contend with in their waking worlds. I believe EOC Institute created a whole gym brain exercises that work on this seemingly random brainwaves.

Being we sample bits from all the frequencies all day long, one would have to train their brain just to one single frequency to have any lasting effect. It would be nice if sound engineers could develop a multi-frequency approach for the sam above goals. From what I read the EOC Institute has done just this! There is another one but very expensive. I forgot the name!

At first when a person reaches "Theta" mind state, they tend to start dreaming and become unaware of the physical realm including their own conscious minds. 

Being in such a present, relaxed state promotes the perfect mind environment for learning and manifesting knowledge, which goes someway in explaining a child's ability to soak up information and learn quickly. It comes easy for children, this is why they can learn any language in the world as long as their mother and father speaks it to them. Their brains are very receptive at these young ages.

We can Remote View in theta and Remote Influence. We can actually telepathically communicate with one another and foretell the future and operate the HDR more proficiently. All these wonderful things we can do; if only we approach this training in a very progressive way. Patience and Practice and excepting small gains as good as we would except large gains. No gain is too little or too much when it comes to meditation.

FREQUENCY FOLLOWING RESPONSE WHEN USING BINAURAL BEATS

Regular use of theta binaural beats will also assist in achieving better sleep, and quite often those using theta recordings for meditation fall into a state of Lucid Dreaming due to the intense relaxation of the mind; first time users are often overwhelmed at being brought down from a highly wired state to a state of pure relaxation, and this can cause immediate tiredness. 

However, over time, regular use of theta.alpha zone binaural beats will entrain the brain to be habitually relaxed, yet at the same time calm, present and fully aware. The calm, present state induced by theta and alpha brainwaves has a number of associated benefits, most notably an increased capacity to learn and memorize.

What is the Difference Between Lucid Dreaming and Astral Projection:

Lucid dreaming and astral projection are often confused as the same thing, when in fact they are entirely different experiences. The main difference is that lucid dreaming occurs in a dream, whereas astral projection occurs in a dimension, outside of the physical world of time and space as we know it to be. 

Things in the astral realm you see, will sometimes in the next minute or so will disappear only creating something else. This is the subconscious mind ultimate playground. Things are fluid and permanent all at the same time. What makes up the levels of the astral world are permanent but on the surface things are fluid.

The second key difference is that lucid dreaming isn't real. Lucid dreaming is simply the state of being aware within a dream, whereas astral projection or OBE are a real experience of consciousness in another realm. When you first arrive in the astral realm, you will be confused as to what is real or what is astral! I hear it's so much fun and you can create anything you desire in this realm.

Why astral projecting you can't just create what you want, when you arrive there; you use and communicate with what is meant for you when you get there. Whereas Lucid dreaming you create, this is where your subconscious other body loves to go to and just continuously create, non stop.

Astral projection happens on the astral plane. The consciousness separates from the physical body and travels to the astral plane in the astral body. This is not an easy thing to achieve, which is why many practitioners use binaural beats recordings to assist projection. 

Keeping in the back of your mind, be careful of some binaural beat programs, many are do it yourselfers from poor quality software sold for 99 cents etc. It would be beneficial to have a musical background to understand top frequencies and below line frequencies. Both musical engineer and sound engineer for a professional out come.

Lucid dreaming is something that most people experience at one time or another, and something many people experience regularly. It's that feeling of being completely aware of in your dream, with the ability to control everything that happens. In essence you are creating your own reality.

So we ran into a little bump in this, what about NDE or Near Death Experiences? We now scientifically when the body of a dying person is placed on a weight scale, which is extremely calibrated, when the person dies the scale drops 1/4 ounce. When an animal was placed on the scale and it was put to sleep no reaction whatsoever.

In contrast, the astral plane already exists; you are just a visitor and therefore cannot manipulate or change the behavior of the environment or the beings within it. Sometimes you won't have all that much control when you are out of the body. Something seems like your astral body has a biological remote controlling. 

The brain is still in the sleeping body but if it senses your astral body is in trouble or something to alarming to see or be at; the body will reel in the astral body within a micro-second. Many people believe that the astral projection experience simulates the death experience, where a person's soul leaves the physical body for a higher dimension. 

Near Death Experiences are far greater or higher frequency than astral projection. Which is why, when a person gets into an accident and finds themselves out of their body and some never come back they go on to meet whom they believe in, while their physical body lies dead and lifeless.

Even with the best of devices you still have to respond by being part of the solution. Sometimes we fight against ourselves every time we have an OBE. We get excited when we finally pop out only to be slammed back inside because of the adrenalin causing the body to become completely awake.

Those who practice astral projection often report looking down on their body, as many do during near death experiences (NDEs) during surgery or trauma. To clearly define these two experiences lets breakdown the fundamental differences in bullet points. Some people think OBE's and Astral Traveling is all the same thing, I would disagree having limited knowledge for no man or woman knows it all.

Lucid Dreaming:

When you lucid dream you are asleep. The experience is not real. You can choose where your dream begins, where it ends and who accompanies you wherever you go. Your consciousness remains merged with your physical body, as it would in a normal dream and in everyday life. You can manipulate the environment to appear as you choose.

Astral Projection:

To astral project you cannot be asleep brain awake not body (awaken consciousness). The point of projection comes just before the physical body falls asleep. You must retain consciousness. For this reason the experience is real. You can't choose where you start or finish your astral projection. But first we must prepare ourselves for such a trip. 

Nature has rules along with the supernatural laws they work in tandem. They don't go against one another. We when using binaural beats still have to allow for the FFR (Frequency Following Response). We must be still and quiet when listening to the mp3. 

Similar to going on vacation there are many things you have to do before leaving for vacation. It's no different getting into your astral body, you have to prepare with doing good pro techniques. You have to set up a quiet area and you must relax yourself letting go of all stress, there can't be any stress in the body when doing this exit.

I came out of my body when I was taking nap. I felt myself vibrating and rising out of my body. My astral body was turned 180 degrees until I was facing north then something was pulling me back with lot's of tension and I was let go, faster than the speed of light. my biggest issue is I won't open my eyes because I feel if I do, I will ruin the experiment. I got to stop this habit.

Having the abilities such as, OBE, Astral Time Traveling or Lucid dreaming or Astral Projection begins and ends with you. Your body remains in the same place, while a duplicate of your consciousness and astral body leaves your physical body and travels on the astral plane. It's not hard to get out once you pass the vibration stage. It's relaxing long enough to bring on the vibrational exit.

When listening the best times is getting yourself up two hours early and get up and get something to drink. Go back to bed and place your headphones on and listen intently but with a relaxed mine. Since your body has already rested about six hours, you can keep your conscious awake enough to listen or feel the vibrations.

This astral travel or OBE goes on every single night. It is hardwired in our brains to do such a thing. The drawback is, most of us can't keep our consciousness awake during the beginning the process! In other words, we wait until it is time to go to bed and when listening to the binaural beats your consciousness shuts down completely even though the binaural's are still playing if you have no conscious recollection it's like you never had an OBE or Astra.

You cannot control the beings on the astral reality, but, like in the physical world, you can manipulate conversations and interactions to a degree. You can't, however, change the environment to what you want to see. Your higher self, will be your guide, like having someone beside you interpreting to your finite conscious mind what you are seeing or hearing.

The astral realms exists at different frequencies

This realm exists whether you're visiting or not. When you have finished projecting, your consciousness merges back with your physical body. Each time I come out, I am half asleep and half awake (QuasiNormal) state of mind. When I use my "will" I can cause the buzzing all over my body! As long as I, keep my physical body extremely relaxed.

In lucid dreaming, you can use it as a spring board to having a OBE! If you have conscious control in the lucid dream, you can wake up to what is called a "False Awakening" but your body is still sleeping...

In Conclusion:

Understanding the difference between astral projection and lucid dreaming will help you cultivate the desired experience, both of which are very exciting. When astral projecting you separate your consciousness from your physical assets, and you will instantly know that you are NOT dreaming because you will sense that you are fully conscious. Lucid Dreaming is like going to an eternal art show that never stops painting pictures of your realities as you know them to be.

I have to hammer this down once again, if your chakra's are not developed, your not going anywhere with your consciousness. You will be stuck at certain areas of your physical body, which become weaken due to low powered chakra's. I tried to break off where my astral side of my head was stuck on the physical part of that same head. My crown chakra was not too well developed.

We can overcome this by using non-tangible exercises to influence chakra's. Look up Robert Bruce (astral projection) he is the foremost authority and he will tell you, you have to do a non-tangible approach to your non-tangible chakra's. No machine or sound is really going to do much because they are not physical!!!!

When lucid dreaming, you will know you are not astral projecting because you will be in complete control of your environment; the characters; trees, sky, animals, etc. will change or melt in front of your eyes and you can create any type scene you fill fit to create. There is no danger in the astral realm or the OBE realm unless someone puts a bullet in your head while you are sleeping.

Against my own opinion I ordered Ennora's astral projection binaural and Lucid Dreaming binaural and Chakra binaural and I like to see if one can actually use physical sound to a non-tangible power organ.

I believe this is a great way to start for beginners using Time Traveling Devices! Or just want to get away from it all. I have Speedzen and it worked for me for about two months and it just stopped producing. Maybe due to non stimulation of the mind.
